   Would like to add that we did enjoy our visit if I gave the wrong impression! Enjoyed our pizza and service was good. I only gave a small score as we didn't really need much service.

   I visited the Pizza Hut near the Shambles in York for the lunchtime buffet. There weren't many people there but Milly, the waitress, came straight over with a happy smile, got me seated and helped me with the QR code. I explained I was a veggie and she ordered a pizza to be added to the buffet and then let me know so I didn't miss out. She was attentive, caring and made me feel good. It is a rare thing to see in the modern world of fast food. Anyway, I really hope that the York branch stays open through the current climate. Thankyou.

   We turned up at 21.30 close to closing time. The manager helpfully said we could sit and have pizza although the salad bar was closed. Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a good pizza.

   Came here about a year ago. While the atmosphere was ok for a pizza hut the service was terrible and the margherita pizza was overly garlicked I'm very sensitive to garlic and have never encountered a cheese pizza smothered in garlic in my life it literally just tasted like garlic bread with cheese texture which some might like but I did not, i like pizza for its tomato tang and if I wanted garlic bread I'd have asked for it. they told me its the new recipe and I said I can't eat it and for the first time in my life I was unhappy with pizza hut it used to be my favourite place to eat but I haven't eaten at a pizza hut ever since as I was convinced they'd changed the recipe until recently I noticed other people posted pictures of pizza at pizza hut which were not smothered in garlic and found I'd been lied to. Imagine trashing the company you work for over admitting you mistakenly smothered it in garlic

   Popped into Pizza Hut in York and was seated quickly. Ordered the weeknight special, which included drink and sides. Went for the Veggie Supreme – served fast, tasted great, and was good value for money. Staff were attentive, making the whole experience smooth. If you're after a meal without long wait times, this is a good choice.

   Overall good experience..! Compared to other Pizza Hut’s visited in london or different parts of UK, this place has very few salad options..! Also the sauces were empty on New Year’s Day..! Pizza quality good as expected..!

   Enjoyed our meal in York Pizza Hut. Quick to order and we were able to choose food and eat in a short period of time as we we in a rush. The buffet needed replenishing more regularly as the restaurant was busy and trays were emptied quickly so we had to wait for fresh pizza to be put out.

   Unlike other pizza huts, the shop have a good ambience, perfectly good for taking families or friends to dine in. The lighting nd atmosphere is really good nd the food was really up to their standards. The staffs are very polite too.

   Had an amazing time at pizza hut, york. We were served by Aadhira and she was really nice, polite and helpful. The restaurant is a bit small so seating was a little cramped but Aadhira joined few tables for us to make sure we were comfortable. Ordered the meat free range pizzas and some mac and cheese and both were absolutely delicious and so was the salad as usual.
