if you’re coming for the buffet, you know what you’re paying for. it’s good, even though we came towards the end they were still bringing out fresh pizzas. sad that they ran out of pastas, unfortunate. ice cream was good, wish they had more toppings but it’s good for what you’re paying for. staff trying their best and are accommodating. little upset, the tomato top was on the pizza? a bit icky to be honest but we move on.

This was THE worst stuffed crust pizza I’ve ever had in a Pizza Hut restaurant - dry, cold and NO cheese in the crust. Might as well called it an air stuffed crust. Salad bar was poorly kept. Nothing was fresh at all and looked days old. Nice inside the restaurant and quiet but the abysmal food left us not wanting a return visit. It’s unsurprising that this chain is slowly shutting down.

I visited Pizza Hut in Croydon recently. The food itself was good fresh and tasty, exactly what you’d expect from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the staff. I found them to be rude and disrespectful, which really impacted the overall visit. Good food is important, but friendly and polite service makes all the difference. Hoping management can address this, as the food deserves better service to match.

Only 3 stars… this is why: Pros: - kids friendly (kids menu, kids seats) - drawings/activity sheet whilst waiting for order - friendly staff particularly with kids, asked if we had any food allergy - nice music - kids friendly and reusable plates However many cons: - hygiene issue with self service area for salads (uncooked foo). It’s an health hazard, kids and anybody can serve themselves and it’s opened to any body sneezing into the salad (an unwelcome topping), notwithstanding the serving spoons that used by many hands (some probably not very hygienic) - staff is friendly and welcoming however they missed out an item on our menu and we did eventually get it after noticing this. Customers are left to order via their phone, which in my opinion is very robotic (loosing a bit of personal touch) - food, was ok but kids’ menus are very tiny so not appropriate for bigger kids only found out after ordering via our phone perhaps if they did offer to take order directly via waiting staff they could have told us this, hence 3 for food and service. - deco, needs updating roof decor is literally falling apart (view pictures) -hence 3 for atmosphere. I was glad my kids were not a big fan of the ice cream, again due to hygiene issues. The sauce of the GOAT pizza was a little too sweet (almost felt like eating a sweet dish rather than a savory dish) but was glad to have tried the gluten free base, it was very nice. We still had an enjoyable evening but was a bit disappointed, felt like going to a pizza version of a Macdonald, perhaps my view that Pizza Hut was bit more upmarket compared to Macdonald is actually wrong. You pay premium price for product and services as cheap if not cheaper than in a Macdonald.

Pizza's here are quite nice. I went for the deep pan loaded pepperoni feast with triple cheese and added mushrooms. The 'individual' pizzas are quite small. The pizza seemed to not have as much cheese as I had expected (considering the name pizza hut has given it) but the pizza still tasted good. The salad bar is the highlight really, lots of choice and mostly fresh. Very happy they include jalapenos and the sauces are all very good. I was disappointed with the new side, hot honey chicken bites. Not much flavour (only a tiny drizzle of the hot honey glaze) and the chicken itself was very dry. I recommend that be avoided. The lasagne was quite nice though, the sauce more beefy than I am used to but not bad at all. The greatest strength of this pizza hut branch is the staff. They are very friendly, helpful and quite funny. Pizza Hut has a good team here. Overall a pleasant experience and worth the visit.

If you want a stone cold pizza, chicken as dry as your nans Victoria sponge cake and burnt, flavourless jalapeño bites then here is your place to go. Also if I can see through my ‘stuffed crust’ it’s not stuffed.

Been years since I'd been to a Pizza hut restaurant so had to pop in while in the area. Its was late so missed the buffet which finishes at 3pm! Was told by waitress as being seated that they still preferred self ordering from scanning bar code on the table, i did find this mildly amusing considering there was only another 6 people in the restaurant but I still obliged. Went for the sharer deal which consists of 1x pizza 2 x sides 2 x desserts and unlimited salad, do love a pizza hut salad bar. Sides were good, couldn't manage the desserts but the pizza was delicious!! In Which I'd like to prayers our waiter Lancelot, he informed us he wasn't happy with the first attempt so was cooking us another pizza! And I must say throughout the evening he was polite, professional, attentive and helpful. Restaurant fairly clean and parking here is pretty easy.

Very mixed opinion on this place. The pizza was great, enjoyed it very much. However that is not the problem. The service was. Firstly, we were told waiting time was going to be an hour, despite seeing free tables through the window. This obviously drove other customers away. I decided to stay and it was no where near an hour. The manager was disappointing. Customers behind us said they were going to stay after being told the wait was an hour, to which the manger said to the girlfriend, (yes the people behind us were a couple) ‘Oh well he clearly doesn’t love you. That’s not real love.’ Later on he decided to sit with some people eating their food. The manager was actively turning people away! So despite the poor service by the manager, the young man who brought us our food was good.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut. Alfie and the staff were really welcoming and helpful especially with ordering of the violife pizza which was quite confusing for both sides. Great pizzas as well as the salad bar.

Our family of four two adults and two children visited this restaurant today, the restaurant is nicely decorated and modern looking, there is booths next to the windows and tables in the middle. We choose the Big sharer deal which include 3 bowls of salad, two sides a large pizza we choose (BBQ Americano + stuffed crust) and two deserts, we also added three drinks the cost was roughly £40. The food was freshly prepared and very delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.
