   Ordered from this place 7 times in the last year. Always order the same deal with same pizzas. Turned up today with a 9inch pizza instead of 11inch and try to tell me its because I have stuffed crust. Last 6 orders placed I still recieved an 11inch pizza with stuffed crust. Absolutely no apology or offer of a fix. Won't be purchasing from you again. Plenty of other places that offer much better service and care about their customers. If you don't value loyalty then you obviously don't need my money

   Worst customer service experience. False advertising is described as the crime or misconduct of publishing, yet they display misleading prices on the front of their shop. When I asked the owner why have it there? I was told "Give me the money and I will remove it".This advertisement on the front of this pizza shop is a deceptive statement made intentionally to promote the sale dishonesty. My local pizza shop Verona in Morden 5⭐ in every count. Verona are giving 2 extra large pizza for £11.99 while the other place which I will not mention are false in advertising only large pizza for £11.99. And even with this when you ask for it they rudely say NO. Verona is the best pizza shop in the area without a doubt. 5 on the foods standard agency. Avoid Romano. P.S I will be reporting them to the Trading Standards.

   Ordered a 15" pizza and instead they sent an 11"... when spoke to the guy (named kashif) about resending the correct order, was greeted with sarcastic and condescending attitude from him. Instead of any apology I was literally told that I made the mistake at my end (!!!???) Told him to take his food back as i did make a mistake ordering from them

   THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Guy named Kashif spoke to me after a mess up of the order on their side and instead of being understanding and apologetic, this guy had an attitude of a complete stuck-up a***e Rudest, stuck up their own ass, ignorant, etc. are the words that come to my mind when I would think of Pizza Romano's staff. Suggestion to the manager/owner: invest in some worthy and good customer service staff

   Customer service of the staff even worse than the food. Called in to tell him food is not on par. Dirty pans so pizza from the bottom is black and full of grease. When was your pans last cleaned. And the dough, not fresh even after the staff claimed it was. A very helpful staff member hanged up the phone rather being helpful. He admitted pans are dirty but just didn't give a toss. Clearly they don't want your custom. The positive reviews of the place is certainly by the workers. Avoid it please. I certainly will. One star for can of Pepsi.
