   I gave atmosphere 5 star I gave service 5 star WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND IS WHY RISK YOUR REPUTATION ( and another customer!) OVER SOME DRIED UP OVER COOKED PLASTIC DONER ..... it wasn't edible!! ..... I called in last week and it was delicious.... this week I honestly think this meat had been cooked days ago !!! ... ridiculous!! Wished I'd not put the change in the tip box now cos that is taking the p out of your customer!!! Greed if you cant throw dried up doner away and give the customers fresh!! .... it isn't cheap for takeaway these days you know !!! People haven't got the money

   Amazing customer service, amazing food and prompt delivery. They missed one item from a large order but I notified them.and they quickly delivered it no problems. Always order from here as our Friday night treat and will continue to do so. Best kebabs and pizza in Standish.

   The food here is absolutely beautiful! However very greasy in my experience. They were only taking cash when I visited which was an inconvenience, however the staff were very friendly and prompt to take my order. I have also ordered from here since and the food was absolutely incredible! It definitely deserves a 5 starts!

   I have ordered from Tim's for a couple of years and have generally been satisfied. I don't like leaving negative reviews as I am aware of the potential harm this can cause to small businesses. On this occasion I feel justified in making a genuine review. I ordered a Tim's special kebab via telephone on 7th April and had the misfortune of speaking to a very rude member of staff. He appeared disinterested and I had to give out my address several times. I was advised that the meal would be delivered within 40 minutes, (only 3 miles away.) After an hour I called Tim's as the meal hadn't arrived and was literally shouted by staff that "it's on it's way!" This was true as the driver pulled up with the kebab. My husband went to pay the driver and commented that we'd had to wait longer than 40 minutes. The young man started to argue saying "nah mate, it's not been that long." I recognised the voice as the person who had taken the original call. My husband then argued back saying we had the time logged on my phone and it was definitely more than 40 minutes. Again the driver continued to be combative and argumentative and left. Then we discovered the order was incomplete. What a shame. Will not order from them again.

   Worst kebab I have ever had we ordered a chicken and donner mixed kebab and a chicken tikka kebab basically it was a tray of tasteless donner meat and rubber chicken chucked in a polystyrene container with a wrap on top to make up yourself we paid 17 pounds for both kebabs and threw them in the bin. Absolute garbage never again, for that price you at least expect a proper naan bread and decent meat. Wouldn’t give it to the dog.

   Over priced and not worth the money! Kebab meat like shiny leather and definitely not a large kebab. Rang to complain and the only answer was, what do want me to do about it? It's not my fault you don't like the food! I asked for refund and point blank refused. Disgusting and rude attitude for a take away.
