   Ordered 14:00 for 18:45 and arrived 19:08......driver did apologize. Last delivery so everything was a bit soggy but also could have done with another 5 minutes in the oven. With that thick dough needs to be cooked longer. Shame as have been better before but probably won't order again. Will stick with Fireaway

   Ordered an hour ago and still waiting!!! Have tried to call multiple times and only one time they answered to tell me they were waiting on a driver and that was a half an hour ago. Disappointed and starving hungry. DO BETTER PAPA JOHNS! If I could leave no stars, I would.

   Unfortunately my delivery from Caterham Papa Jon’s went in the bin. It was Luke warm when it was delivered which meant I had to turn the oven on and it was horrible. £25 in the bin. Never again. The service to take your money is 5 star, everything else.. terrible.

   Food arrived 25 mins AFTER the tracker had said it had arrived and after I called twice. Delivery driver was very pleasant but food was just about warm. Order was correct but maybe Fridays are this busy OR too many orders trying to be delivered all at once by one driver.

   We generally order from here around once a month, as expected from such a popular chain we expect delivery from 30min to over an hour. We experienced a bit of a let down recently, but upon reporting it, the complaint was dealt with fairly swiftly and they did compensate us out of good will which was decent of them. I still prefer Papa Johns to other competitors.

   I’ve been meaning to leave a review for PJ for a while and finally found a spare moment. I was very surprised to see the poor review score for them as our experience has be great. I can honestly say they are the only pizza delivery/collection company that has always supplied great pizza. In fact, we have not ordered from any other company for almost a year now. They have a wonderful in store staff who greets me every-time I go collect my order.
