   Ordered an XXL pizza half The Works half The Mexican. Have ordered from this Papa John's before and have never had a problem previously but the first time I do, wow. I called and said I felt there was a problem with what I ordered as the toppings were all over the pizza (olives all over the pizza, mushrooms on one half where they shouldn't be) and it wasn't the half and half I ordered. The person on the phone took a ridiculously defensive tone and asked me to send a photo, then after I did that they said that it was correct, then proceeded to put me on the phone to the person that made the pizza to defend themselves. 9 minutes on the phond. Overall felt the tone of the call was completely uncalled for as they assumed "I called to get a free pizza" which was never my intention, I was simply calling to say it wasn't what I expected. I've worked in customer facing roles in my life and honestly I'd be embarrassed by how I was treated just then. Atrocious customer service.

   Best pizza i have had in a long time , very fresh ingredients, very fast delivery and the prices are awesome too . Definitely recommend it Thank you to the enfield team in papa johns for making my meal to perfection.

   Orderd few times via the app and the taste is not as good compared to other stores. Compared to Papa John's Holloway it is more dry and quality is very low. I'm pretty sure it's freshly cooked yet it feels like it's baked in microwave, the tomato sauce feels non existent and I feel like eating dry bread. It's diabolical that I had better experience eating tesco basic frozen pizza. It's not the worst I've eaten but compared to other stores it's not good. I doubt this is due to the workers either, can't blame them when the management in that area is not prioritizing their quality. Delivery wise was fast though so they are fast and good on that department

   Poor quality on two occasions in 3 months. Back in April I ordered a Jackfruit pepperoni pizza and received a size smaller than I ordered with about 1 JF pepperoni per slice (see photo for a very sad looking pizza). The second instance of a mix-up is when I received a thin crust pizza instead of regular. Obviously not as bad, but it's still not what I wanted. I think my patience is used up now. I was prepared to let the first instance slide because I don't want to spend my evening chasing up poor quality service, but the second mix up was enough to make me post this.

   Update. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and please see what we got. Not being funny. We know exactly how Papa johns thin crust pizza looks like as in 7 years this is only pizza place we ordering from. Half pizza went into bin again!! Regular customers but this time very disappointed! . Ordered sane pizza as usual. Mexican was almost without meat ! From the sides it was 5 cm of dough without anything. Another thing first time we have been asked to pay for delivery! When I asked since when they charge I been told Dr last month which is not true as we ordered pizzas only week ago . Only then they changed the price which still was nor right. Not sure if we order again.
