Abishek was my server and he was excellent. I came in with my hairdresser and wanted a pizza to share half and half. He did this correctly with the correct ingredients and the food was tasty and warm. Most definitely will be going back when I come to get my hairdresser done again. Abhisek was brilliant!
Krishna is a very lovely and helpful guy. He takes care while understanding our order and always very polite. Service has changed for the best in the last year! Thank you
I ordered pizza for the first time from pizza hut, I recieved pizza in just 25 minutes after order and pizza was hot and tasty
If I could give a minus I would! Ordered a pizza and they marked it as delivered even though the pizza hadn't left the restaurant. Only when I called they informed me they had no drivers! Why accept the order if you have no driver? The lady was so rude on the phone and because she marked it as delivered I was unable to get a refund! Horrible staff. Go to a diffrent branch. They need to be retrained in customer service. Absolutely disgusting
that's what happened to me tonight is an acceptable, order a pizza and we wait more than 60 minutes, I called back to say to them the pizza is cold, and the manager the answer he give me warm it up, that's is unbelievable I'm not ordering anymore and he refused to give me his name.
Food was hot, ready and waiting. That's where the positives stop. It tasted disgusting (I didn't know it was possible to mess up pizza) and the sides were pitiful. I don't usually write reviews this negative but I want to save others from the experience I had, I am very very sad I will not get my £30 back
They don’t answer the phone so you end up having to do the online help form, after a few days when they finally reply they will offer you a pizza hut voucher. If I pay by cash/ debit card why shouldn’t I receive my money back the same way. Ive only ordered pizza twice in the 4 years l’ve lived in the area, the voucher is useless to me and I’m definitely not ordering from them again. First time I receive pepperoni on the pizza second time incorrect and damaged food. The customer service is awful and they lie a lot, you shouldn't expect any calls back. If you do have issues with them make sure to keep your evidence of calling them and any emails or a transcripts of the live chat incase you have to contact your bank about the order.
