0 star rating ordered dominos as is always fast but this one took the mick to say the least an hour and half wait and it said on the app it was delivered 20mins before it arrived making me feel like it had been delivered else where so I was ringing the branch and no answer for 20mins either WHAT A JOKE
Very poor attitude from the staff on the phone she told my daughter that she’s wasting her time when she was trying to order and then she put the phone down on my daughter
Stopped by for some food pizzas and sides where out within ten minutes great customer service from Imogen will be back again
I’m sure your pizza goes through a quality check where’s my sauce and toppings then
staff tried to turn me away 3 times despite repeatedly telling them I'd already ordered on the app. food sat on side while I looked at it and had to remind them. bit poor for a dominos tbh
One of the drivers tonight didn't bring one of the items. Said he would bring it back and didn't bother at all. Hopefully getting a refund.
Bad experience with driver, pizza was alright, forgot my large garlic herb sauce, driver said is It that OK?? I said no I paid for that sauce... the cheek. Said he would be straight back with it, 20mins later still not got it. Phoned and asked for a refund, he didn't have any intentions of coming back. Also pizza got cold now so thanks dominos...
absolutely loved my experience ordering from this fine cuisine establishment. honestly the best part of my experience was being in the presence of Nicole, greeeeeaaaatttt customer service, lovely chap and fantastic conversationalist really helped my fear of holes
They don't do cash on delivery anymore so that's annoying and there's cheaper places that do cash on delivery so I wouldn't bother getting a domino's it's over rated
