   Rudest service ever! Absolutely horrendous, went in asked for two piece Chicken and Chips and paid £3.99, the owner when I asked for a separate box for the chicken; he then suggested needed to pay £1.99 extra, at first thought he was having a joke, but then he became insistent on the separate box and said “my way for children” absolutely rude but clearly someone else not knowing them has experienced very much similar or same behaviour. I didn’t know this prior to entering the shop but wouldn’t expect it even if I did! I then insisted on fact my money prior to him giving me the order a refund. Food cannot vouch for but do I think it’s high quality? Probably not!

   Been coming here for yearssss, but today the service was horrible. Simply asked for a separate box so that it would be easier for me to carry and was told I'd get charged more like huhhhh since when? They've become so stingy it's actually embarrassing!! Better off going to AK chicken instead than to get treated like that and argued with over a chips BOX!!!

   waited 20 minutes for 3 wings and they were absolutely horrifying . My boyfriend thinks the chicken might kill him and he listed the experience of eating it in the top 5 worst moments of his life. Genuinely awful stuff .

   If I could leave a comment without leaving a star I would. This place needs to be closed down. Period. The so called manager needs to learn basic customer service. I ordered a spicy chicken burger meal which comes with chips and a drink. The chicken flavour was disgusting, the flavours were not complementing anything but spice an i like spice however this was definitely wrong wrong wrong, the chicken was under cooked. The bun was soggy an dripping with oil. Really wish I had taken pictures but was so angry I found myself marching back to the shop. When I got to the shop the person who served me was so rude I was stunned. He wasn't interested in rectifying the issue, wasn't interested in even asking if i would like something else..instead.he made his way to the till an proceeded to return my money. I asked to speak with the manager he laughed in my face saying "I am the manager " I was instantly angered...even more than I was already, the fact that he had the audacity to laugh in my face made my blood boil. Judging by all the reviews I am really surprised this place is still allowed to operate. They really need to be closed down. This is definitely the not the place to eat from. The only that tasted right was the canned drink. Rant over

   Went in out of convenience on my way home, what a surprise when I opened the box upon arrival. These were the absolutely tiniest wings I have ever seen! Picture attached - 2 wings in a box were fairly regular sized (on the smaller size compared to what I get locally), and the rest of them just a bone and coating….

   My son has been buying take sways for past 11 years along with his friends. He went into London Pizza today to order food. He asked for burger sauce but was unsure if the server added salt and asked for salt only. The server added salt and vinegar. When my son asked why vinegar was added the server stated he had asked for vinegar. My son stated he had not asked for vinegar and therefore did not want those chips. The server took his order and threw it in a fit of anger into the pizza area and said he was not serving my son. I called to speak to the Manager and the server said he was the Manager. When I questioned him about his poor customer service and poor attitude he began shouting and then cut the call and blocked my number. Needless to say we will no longer be using London Pizza. In addition to this the server is obviously unable to take orders correctly and as such anyone with allergies would not be sure they have not be given food to which they’re allergic. If the server is the Manager the owner needs to consider his impact on customers.

   Used to be good years ago. I ordered an 18 inch pizza the price was great for £13 but the QUALITY was ATROCIOUS!!! The base was cold and stale, didn’t even seem like it was cooked. The cheese was hard as well and the toppings were appalling…. Never eating from here again.

   Was over half an hour late to be delivered. Delivery driver told me it was my fault because I put the wrong delivery number. When I showed him I put the right one he still blamed me. Just rude. When it arrived it was cold and pitta bread was soggy. Salad did not seem fresh. 50p per pot for burger sauce which was fine but small pot as pictured.
