   I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut, both with the food and the customer service. The pizzas we received were not made properly. The crusts were burnt, dry, and overcooked, and the toppings did not go all the way to the edge of the pizza. I called the restaurant to explain the issue and was first told that the crust was “not burnt” and that this is just how it is cooked. I explained again how the pizzas actually looked, and the staff member said he would need to speak to the manager, who was apparently not there, and would call me back. After waiting around 10 minutes with no call back, I rang again. I was told they were still waiting for the manager and that the person on the phone could not help me because he was not the one who made the pizzas. While I was explaining the problem, there was suddenly no response on the phone. I said “hello” several times with no answer, so I hung up and called back. When the call was answered again, I said that the phone had been put down while I was speaking. I was told, quite rudely, “I have customers and other jobs to do.” I replied that I am also a customer and that I was unhappy with the service. I asked for his name, which I had to ask him to spell out. He said his name was Rafa. I then decided to go to the store in person. When I arrived, I spoke to another colleague named Rahman. I asked who Rafa was and whether he was a manager. Rahman told me that Rafa was inside and that he is also one of the managers. I asked why, if Rafa is a manager, he was unable to resolve my issue over the phone. Rahman said he wasn’t sure but said he would sort it out and make us new pizzas, which he did. After that, Rafa came out to speak to us. When we explained that he was the manager who spoke rudely to us on the phone, he first denied speaking to us at all. Then he said he was not a manager. Shortly after, he changed his story and said he was a manager but had not been there, claiming someone else had used his name and that person had already left. This was clearly untrue, and his story kept changing. I told him I would be leaving an honest review explaining exactly what had happened. He went to the back, and I overheard him and Rahman speaking in their language, saying things like “I told you not to go out there and to stay in the back.” I made it clear that I understood what they were saying as I speak the same language. At that point, Rafa came back out, saw me typing the review, and suddenly changed his attitude. He started apologising and asking me to give him another chance, while still continuing to deny that it was him who spoke to me on the phone. Overall, the food quality was poor, but the customer service was worse. The situation could have been handled professionally and honestly from the start, but instead it involved rudeness, hanging up the phone, and what felt like repeated dishonesty. Very disappointing experience.

   I ordered a margarita on Saturday 6th December at 4pm in store. I waited 10 mins to be served because there was only 1 member of staff. It then took 40 mins to receive the pizza which was so over cooked the cheese was no longer cheese. I went back in on Sunday to tell them this and the same server told me that when a pizza is cold you can't see the pull of the cheese. I gave him/them a chance to rectify tmit with me being the shop was empty on Sunday. So here is my feedback

   Very good pizza, very cheesy and oozy. High quality stuff, just like the old Pizza Hut! Really enjoyed it. Staff very friendly and polite also. 5/5 would recommend.

   I’ve probably ordered pizza from here 10+ times now and I’ve only been given the wrong pizza once , instead of an nduja one I got a pepperoni one which was not too much of an issue because my usual order is a pepperoni pizza anyway. The pizzas have always been so delicious , not once have I been given a bad pizza from here so I really have nothing to complain about . Definitely a trustworthy and good fast food pizza place.

   Customer service was terrible, I was trying to get the attention of a staff member because we were waiting at the front till for 5 plus minutes and no one came, she heard me call her out and yet didn’t even care to look and come forward. Finally someone attended us and the service was horrible- he looked like he didn’t even want to work or speak to us at all. To add on, they wore no masks whilst preparing food and whilst speaking to us. Disgusting!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
