To order pitzza you have to wait 10 mint befor you get anyone on customer service and then i have ordered two pizzas and I was told to wait 10 mints and waited 30 mints and then they made wrong pizzas i have to wait another 10 mints. Services so bad
If I could give them 0 starts I would. They are so rude. I called them to ask them a question and they were no help and then just put the phone down.
Im upset to say the least I will NEVER order from here again it’s the first time iv left my home in 5 days because my son has been unwell and to be spoken to the way I did by the manager was a disgrace. I asked what would be the best deal to get with 2 pizzas and he told me not to talk to his staff because they are very busy. I asked could I have a pen because I needed to order online and give my bank details as I didn’t have my card with me and he said no we don’t have pens here when there was one tucked in his Domino’s pizza hat. I asked if I could use it he said NO. They have 4 mopeds outside with the drivers chatting and smoking cigs so they can’t be that busy. I will eat from Pizza Hut from now on. And the pizza was filth £30 wasted! I feel sorry for his colleges who wants to go to work with unkind people it’s stressful enough as it is !
This the worse dominos I ever tried to order from. Tried to place an order over the phone, the first person I spoke with said they don't accept orders over the phone, after insisting to make the order a 2nd person took my call but refused to apply any collection discounts. Basically both workers didn't want to take the order always saying if I want to make an order to do it online. Very very rude.
The food was delivered within 20 minutes, still boiling hot and fresh :)
DO NOT ENTER. Worse pizza shop in the country. Staff are rude and food is awful. Ordered for collection but guy failed to mention offer was for any two pizzas for £22. We ordered 1L and 1M only to be told at shop both could have been L. Having asked why wasn’t this mentioned, he said you didn’t ask. Then he proceeded to be rude and say it’s not his job to tell customers the offer. Also wouldn’t disclose his name. To add insult to injury the pizza was cold and burnt. Proof attached. DO NOT GO TO THIS PIZZA SHOP EVER.
I don’t know if they are under staffed but pizza is arriving late and cold, quality is not as in other dominoes and when you call to complain staff doesn’t care much, they just say “well that’s what’s happening”. If you are in the area, don’t waste your money and time, better pizza place just up the road.
Awful experience, ordered 50% off when you collect anything deal for sides and pizza, I rang up as I was paying by cash and was overcharged by £10, they only gave me 50% off the pizza not the sides, even though it says off sides on the website. When I asked the manager why, he ignored me. On top of that my food was delayed by 15 minutes! I was told I was given a free dip as an apology which wasn't even in the bag! Overall awful experience. I know they're on £7 an hour, but they could at least pretend to care.
