   One of worse Pizzas I ve had. We order 2 large Pizzas a meat supreme and bbq meat feast. Firstly, these pizzas looked like they were mediums. They lack flavour and was very dry I’m guessing because of the lack of toppings and the tomato base didn’t even exist.. the crust edge was so large it made the pizza actually smaller. And worse of all the bbq meat feast toppings were burnt. It’s the first time I’ve ordered from here and I’m guessing it’s a franchise. I will not be going there again.

   I had forgotten to leave a review to this sweeet girl named Yusra On Saturday but she was an angel and was super friendly I had asked for less tomato sauce on my margheritta pizza and she did as I asked for which made me really happy I will be coming again thank you YUSRA!! Ps the pizza was amazing.

   This is a big mistake to give this Pizza Hut a second chance stay away from this place definitely no cooking skills or customers service skills invested at Pizza Hut training . This is now the second time we’ve brought a gluten-free pizza that’s burnt the first time the original margarita pizza as was scraped off with a knife and you could see the paste and not the cheese and I complained and they replaced it. This is the second time in two weeks that I’ve ordered from this place and the gluten-free pizza is burnt and they tried to tell me that’s how it comes but it doesn’t the base is ready I understand But it is burnt is ridiculous clearly they have an issue with a few of the staff.My husband called and told them the issue once again and this time he shut the phone on my husbands face so he recalled him again this time he answered the phone with what do you want ?we asked for the manager and he said look no manager today but on the first call he said he was the manager ?He said come tomorrow and I’ll give you a new one. That’s not gonna work. we’re hungry today not tomorrow we want a pizza tonight he said he had to speak to his boss to get permission to get us a pizza that they burnt !!!! and he has no delivery guy so he can’t send it so my husband had to get into the car to go and pick up his pizza that he’s already paid delivery for and it came burnt not happy. This is not Customer Service when I first started buying from this Pizza Hut store they were brilliant. I’m not sure what’s happened? But all of a sudden it’s gone downhill. The pizzas are terrible. The staff are terrible. I’m not sure why or what has happened but I do not recommend anybody buying pizza from this store. I would rather go a mile down to the other Pizza Hut in the retail park than this store. A burnt rock hard pizza will give you a bad tummy ache and clearly this stuff doesn’t care. I have a care factor or customer service or compassion for any of their customers. They deserve no stars really to be honest I have sent an compliant to head office as my husband was and has been very sick after eatting Potential health concerns: While the link is not definitively proven, some research suggests that heavily burnt food may contain higher levels of acrylamide, a compound potentially linked to cancer risk ,proven burnt food cause his tummy upset and stomach pains.

   Ordered through just eat. Waited an hour until the delivery window elapsed and then automatically cancelled my order claiming the delivery driver couldn't find me despite having the correct address. Won't ever waste my time ordering from them again, I'll stick with their competition.

   Never pay them online!! If anything is wrong they will refuse to refund you tell you to refund via online which will respond with an e-voucher . This particular hut is dirty too no idea how they managed a 4 star hygienne rating

   Terrible. We placed an order through Uber eats, had a driver allocated and then pull up to the restaurant and cancel the pickup. 4 drivers later and we still had no food, called the restaurant to ask what was happening and the guy who picked up the phone was really rude and told me he’d given a driver the food - didn’t ask for my order number or name, so clearly didn’t care at all. Still haven’t gotten the food he allegedly handed off to a driver.

   Ordered a ‘Supreme’ pizza…….nothing too taxing to deal with, as it’s one of Pizza Huts standard pizzas they offer. There was no mushrooms, no pepperoni, no beef or spicy pork! Why!? Absolute joke!
