   Avoid this place at all costs – worst customer experience I’ve had in years. I placed an order at Hotline Pizza on a Saturday lunchtime. The order was accepted, I paid, and then it was randomly cancelled. Only when I called did I find out they simply don’t deliver at lunchtime — yet their system still happily takes your money. Brilliant business model. I was told the refund was “100% guaranteed” and done “immediately.” Fast-forward to today: no refund, nothing in my account, and zero accountability. I went back multiple times in person because I live nearby, and every single time I got a different excuse. First “it takes 5 days,” then “we already refunded you,” then “it’s your bank’s problem.” Convenient. Today was the final straw. Instead of helping, the owner decided to be rude, dismissive, and unbelievably unprofessional. When I explained that I now have to waste time on the phone with customer service because their system charged me without delivering anything, he actually replied: “I work too, you’re not the only one who works.” Seriously? This is the level of customer care? No refund. No replacement order. No gesture of goodwill after THEIR mistake. Just gaslighting, excuses, and attitude. Avoid this place!Save yourself the headache

   i just ordered from here, food was amazing . i have never had such a nice fluffy base pizza with fresh tomato sauce and the toppings were so fresh. i don’t usually do reviews but this shop deserves a good review im very happy with my service thank you pizza hotline

   This used to be a great place for pizza we used them for over 20 years it has Recently taken over by new management. It’s an absolute disaster. We are so disappointed. Just waited over an hour for a delivery. For some reason it had been cancelled!! Really bad. Don’t use this service.

   Just had the worst kebab experience. There seems to be a change in management. It used to be good but please avoid this place now. My order took 30mins plus when I was the only person with an order on a Thursday night in the shop. The food wasn’t even prepared in shop and was prepared elsewhere. Waited long enough and told him I’d like to cancel my order. He refused and told me I could either wait a bit more or get lost. Paid £13.95 for a kebab that was half the portion of what I’d get elsewhere. Disappointed and angry at how I was treated is definitely an understatement.

   Stopped here for a quick bite on our way to a gig at Hootenanny. The falafel wrap was great but a bit on the pricey side at £8.95! Although that may be because I'm used to Northern prices where a falafel wrap goes for about £3.50
