The pizza arrived completely burnt and unedible The customer service was disappointing, didn’t apologise once and acted as if it’s normal for a pizza to arrive like this. Was told to never order from there again instead of him taking responsibility. Shocking customer service, will never order from here again.
Nice and fresh pizza. I always collect and order beforehand. Garlic sauce is the only fault. Its too watered down.
Had their Pizza and it was amazing. I cannot be more happy pizza was fresh they have halal pepperoni options and very reasonably priced £9 for a 13” pizza. Toppings were great lots of surprises but all good. Will definitely be heading back. Definitely worth a visit
I was really disappointed with my visit to farmhouse pizza Enfield branch..we ordered a sandwich , it took long time to arrive .sandwich it’s literally burned. We tell them it’s burning smell is coming they said ok ,will make an another one . After 5 mins different man come and he say to us what happened it’s not burn it’s crispy then he said we are busy that’s why sandwich is burn. We told them , this is not our first time we are regularly here but this sandwich is not as-usual. We told him if you are busy that doesn’t mean you give burn food. Still he is not ready to accept . Then we took the sandwich and put on the table and didn’t eat. We paid it and come out now let’s attached the pictures.Additionally, our server seemed disinterested and inattentive. This experience really put a damper on our evening, and I'm not sure if I'll be back."
Great building and excellent food. Staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the toilets were very clean.
Delivery driver / rider pulled a switch ordered. Deep Pan Meatfeast garlic stuff crust 15inch only to recieve a twin semi warm day old thin crust version. I would avoid this restaurant as an option delivery wise.
My family have been ordering from here for years, we love it, the service is brilliant and the food is great. The pizza is massive and a bargain
Waited an hour for my pizza and when it arrived it was uncooked and the pizza wasn't even cut properly honestly it was a waste of money. I will not order from here again your best bet it to get papa johns or dominos the places you know.
Friendly helpful staff and good collection deals on pizza! Cheaper than some of the other pizza shops in the area. Pizzas where nice and fresh. Overall the Pizzas themselves are a 8/10 good base and reasonable amount of toppings not the best pizza I’ve ever had but certainly nowhere near the worst I’ve had.
