a little treat for the granddaughter! Burgers fries onion rings oh yeah and a lump of plastic wrapped around the end of a piece cucumber ,thought the end part was usually thrown in the bin but im guessing at this place you get it as a free extra !! Ps check your food is warm and free from wrappings
Absolute disgrace of a place with their seriously bad communication and bad service. I ordered a pizza deal 3 at half 8 this evening, I rang 2 times it didn't arrive until 20 past 10, then once recieved the food i realised they only delivered the pizza, nothing else on the deal which was (chips and garlic bread pizza) I then called again and they had no idea of my order and what was missing, to then say they will be delivering it again, so here comes 20 past 11 at night and they only delivered the chips with loads of mayonnaise all split in the bottom of the bag, no garlic bread pizza as they forgot that too!! Absolute pisstake of delivering and timing. & shitty communication over the phone and forgetting all the foods on 2 occasions! Not happy at all, and probably won't even recieve a refund from this bad pizza place! Ps pizza and chips was cold, tastes like shit.
Do not waste your money. Scheduled delivery arrived nearly an hour late. After calling they said it will be leaving in 5 minutes. Half an hour later we rang again to be told it left 5 minutes ago.. Arrived cold and to be honest vile.
Ordered a takeaway for my partner son and myself after she had worked a long 12 hour shift and fancied some comfort food. She asked for a double wopper burger came cremated. Because we ordered through foodhub, the very unapologetic gentleman who said "due to it being flame grilled this is how it comes" and never offered a replacement at ANY point, told us we would have to ask for a refund through the foodhub app. Now this is what I want to warn people about after having an online chat with a foodhub representative, they can only offer a refund if the restaurant agrees to it even though i provided pictures of the black piece of inedible stuff. Of course they rejected this again saying thats how it comes. Eventually managed to get a £10 voucher after haggling a bit to use on the foodhub app which will be going towards a place that deserves it better.
Made an order tonight. Now this isn’t a fully negative review as I’ve had from this place many times and the food for me has always been very tasty and arrived fairly quick too. Unfortunately tonight’s experience has been a bit of exception and I’d be lying if I said it hadn’t put me off slightly. Unfortunately when I opened the box my excitement turned to disappointment as it looked like the pizza had been chucked in from a mile away and it was very much like eating mush because of this. The toppings were just all over the place. This didn’t just look like it had moved slightly when being delivered but just looked like who ever had cooked it had just thrown it together and not even cut it into slices properly which is the basics. Unfortunately I’ve ate half and the other half’s in the bin because it just wasn’t up to its usual standard. If the food doesn’t get to me in 30 minutes I don’t mind waiting longer at all but I do expect it to get to me looking like an actual pizza. If I wasn’t so easy going I would have sent it back as I imagine most people would but I’d feel like I was a burden doing that.
2 hour delivery for 1 kebab and some chicken wings.. Don't order from here if you actually want to eat at a suitable time. Ridiculous wait time for such a simple order. Also called up and they told me it'll be on it's way in 5 minutes and still took 40 minutes from that phone call. So they lie too :)
Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery less than a mile away. Was told when ordered would be around 35 mins. Hour an half later! Unfortunately we will not be ordering again. Pizza was ok
Such a shame the service and delivery time was SO POOR because some of the food was ok. Firstly, I was told my delivery was due at 7:30, 8:20 it arrived. No call to say it’s running late, nothing. I called at 7:50 to ask where it is and I was told the guy was leaving at that time, 30 minutes later he arrived when my house is 9 minutes from the store- not sure where he was. More annoyingly, I had a family member who works night and was sleeping so I was standing by the front door for 40 minutes waiting for this delivery so they didn’t knock the door. Chicken wings were the best part, mozzarella sticks would have been ok if they weren’t cold. Burger was terrible, no sauce, just a hard slice of cheese with a burger and bread, nothing else. Plus they forgot my burger sauce so that’s another reason why it was so dry. Chips and cheese were ok but again they were cold so the cheese was very hard by then. Wouldn’t recommend, makes sense why it’s so cheap. Never again
Fantastic pizza as always when very busy the delivery is late but well worth it the food is amazing and we are very very picky these are the best in Kidderminster would not order anywhere else
I had the Texan pizza 10" and it was very nice not greasy plenty of toppings on and was hot and the crust was nice and crunchy very nice indeed will be back again
