Ordered online however food came all wrong not what we asked for , burgers had two peaces only lettuce and pizza was not thin crust.
Twice in 2 weeks my order was cancelled without explanation. Usually pretty good but won't be using again
I asked him if he could bring 1 MEAL quicker I would tip them and he kept putting phone down and said bye you won’t receive your food till tomorrow my partner rang and he said yes it’s on way ! told me to listen to him rude and have spent a lot of money here over the years NEVER AGAIN AVOID !!!!
Delicious chicken fillet burger! I ordered a chicken fillet burger from this fast food shop, and it really hit the spot. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The bun was fresh, and the sauce and toppings tied everything together perfectly.
Just ordered the meal for two, 2 pizzas, 2 sides and 2 drinks. Came exactly on time! We live out in the sticks and normally it’s a hassle but he came right to the door with a smile! Food was delicious!!!!! First time using this place and will be using it again !! Highly recommended! Thank you Severn pizzas :)
Waited over an hour and a half lost the order, made the order again for them to not even deliver it !! Don’t waste your time
The food was ok (small portions though) but the service was absolute rubbish. Took over half an hour over the latest expected arrival time. Everyone else had received and eaten their food including people who had ordered from the same place. Very rude person on the phone when we called to inquire. Avoid this place. Won’t be using it again.
I am so annoyed because I asked for NO LETTUCE as I’m allergic but came with lettuce on. Asked for 2 wraps but only one has come. Also the “white cookie dough” isn’t cookie dough it’s like biscuits.so disappointed
My initial experience with them was not great. Before lockdown, a friend and I visited during the afternoon to find the door shut and locked with no sign or anything to explain why. It was open business hours including theirs according to Google. There was a meal deal advertised on the window that would end after 4pm and we wanted to take advantage of it. After some time, somebody came to open the door from outside, didn't apologise for our wait or explain why he was opening up now and told us the advert was old and that they don't do it anymore, to which I replied by telling him to take it down in that case and next time leave a sign to avoid wasting people's time. We went to Domino's a bit further up instead. Since then I have ordered Kebabs from them and they have been cooked well with little wait time and good value for money portions. So, so far so good but looking at the reviews, I would suggest they pay attention to their customer service more because there are plenty of other places to eat from and even though the customer isn't always right you don't want to be losing any especially in this economy.
After waiting for an hour and calling several times our pizza, garlic bread and chips arrived. The pizza was tastless under the flavour of oil as we're the chips and garlic bread. My wife was telling me to cancel the order after waiting so long and I should have. This is the worst food I have tried and it went directly in the bin. Don't waste your time or money waiting for what I can only describe as oil based bread!
