I got a large chicken feast yesterday, just want to say, great pizza, but Nav is better. Funny guy, made me feel welcome.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Hut location in Headingley. The staff were not friendly at all, and the service felt rushed and unwelcoming. The food took longer than expected, and by the time it arrived, I was already very hungry. The overall experience just didn’t feel worth it. Definitely hoping they improve their customer service.
Boss did forget the stuffed crust, however the pizza was 10/10 no complaints. Sorted extra dips as well overall. Quality service by Mr king
Nav & team are fantastic to deal with. My son and I travel quite a distance to order food here because of their outstanding customer service and the overall value—including the food. Highly recommended!
I thought that someone else was beating pizza hut but I was wrong, i tried other companies but pizza hut is definitely incomparable for me with others, my favourite which I normally have Tuna sweet corn and veg,

I ordered some wings from an Uber Eats listing called "Wing Street". There was no indication that this was actually Pizza Hut on Uber Eats. Imagine my surprise when this supposed "wings" order comes and it's Pizza Hut's terrible wings that taste worse than if I'd bought frozen wings from the store and heated them in the oven myself. What a terrible bait-and-switch business model. Pizza Hut, you should be ashamed about deceiving customers.
Great service from Deet the Manager as they originally sent me the wrong pizza but he arranged for the right one to be sent to me :)
I ordered two pizzas using Uber eats, one of them was chicken sizzler which had no cheese. The other pizza however was very undercooked and doughy and potato wedges were the same under cooked. The pizzas didn’t even cut properly. I tried to tell them to refund me or send me another one they told me to contact uber eats, and Uber eats didn’t accept any responsibility and said back to me: We're sorry to hear that your order from Pizza Hut didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we're unable to provide a refund under these circumstances, in line with Uber's policy. Pizza Hut staff were very rude and unprofessional.
