   The pizza toppings seem much thinner than before, and the overall quality has noticeably declined. I hope Papa John’s can bring back the taste and quality we used to enjoy. Also I ordered on my desktop but the status was "order accepted" for the next 30min without updates, no idea what stage was the Pizza.

   As a delivery rider, I have been to many shops and by far I found papa johns Petts wood, to be one of the most great shops to deliver from. Great access for parking, the wait time is never long, just a pleasure to help run delivery via a third party. The store manager (Inam) very helpful, funny aswell. He has great customers service just pleasure doing a few delivery's while being in the area. Would definitely recommend to order pizzas as it fresh and come out the oven super hot. Would give a 10/10 for he's services alone. Great job.

   Not impressed at all. All excited to dig into our pizzas and upon opening them up we find one of them has been squashed to the bottom of the box and the others topping have sild to the other side of the pizza. Wanted to go back and complain but if we did that our sides would be cold by the time we got back. Not impress and would like a refund or a partial refund because this presentation is unacceptable.

   Like many others, they slipped on the collection time and had to wait an additional 30 mins. However, the staff was dealing with us with full courtesy and we can’t blame them for being busy and short of staff on a peak weekend. And most importantly, pizza taste great and the potatoes were yummy!

   Me and my wife put our order on Papa johns website in at 7:16pm. We started to question what was happening when an hour had gone by and it was still saying “preparing.” After talking about it we decided that maybe the system wasn’t showing our order so we tried to phone them but after 20 minutes of failed attempts we stopped trying. ( although I could of sworn I heard them quickly pick up then disconnect the phone) so it got to 9:10 pm and we didn’t know if we were gonna get our food until it popped up telling us that our order is cancelled. I understand that these things happened but this exact thing happened 2 days before. This could of been handled if they would simply pick up the phone, but I guess they just aren’t prepared.

   First they were over 1 hour late. When chased, they promised a free pizza for the next order. I went in after picking up two hungry children from school today, they just denied that there is anything to say they have a free Pizza for us. Even when I showed them a screen shot of how late they were at our previous order. Worst of all, the store manager Ash just didn't care, he pretended he was trying to resolve the issue, but he just kept us waiting around for no reason for over 30mins, who would do that, especially for two young children waiting to be fed. Shame on him and the lies about promising a free pizza and the lies about cannot find any record of it. This isn't about a free pizza, it is about how to treat your customers. Being a part of our small local community, how Ash distoried the reputation of Papa Johns, a brand we used to enjoyed and used regularly.

   This might be the worst branch of Papa John’s. Every time I order a delivery it comes an hour late. Today I ordered food at 11:22, it 11:54 right now and my order is showing as “we’re preparing your order”. Half an hour should be enough for it to already be on the way, but it’s not even in the oven yet. I called the store and apparently “the printer didn’t print the order”, so if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t receive the order at all. Highly unprofessional service and it’s been like that for at least a year now. They always have an excuse whether it is the driver, the printer or something else. That 1 star is for the food, it’s still delicious but it doesn’t make up for the terrible customer service.

   Petts Wood Papa John's is getting worse and worse when it comes to delivery times. I order pizza here fairly often and with a lot of my recent orders, I've had to wait 2 hours for my pizza to show up. According to the delivery driver who delivered my order, they have barely any delivery drivers working shifts, so there's usually only 1 working at a time with a massive backlog of orders. In terms of the pizza itself, it's usually pretty good, but there are times where the pizzas have been subpar for the amount I am paying.
