   I visited this place on the evening of 13 November and unfortunately had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a food outlet. From the moment I arrived, I was doubtful about eating there — the exterior looked unclean, and the overall hygiene and organisation inside gave a poor first impression. However, I was in a hurry and decided to give it a chance. I ordered a chicken burger meal, but the portion was extremely small, the food had no flavour, and the hygiene standards appeared well below acceptable levels. Within 20 minutes of eating, I began to experience severe stomach pain, dizziness, sweating, and heart palpitations. I was forced to abandon my plans and go straight to the hospital, where after several hours of tests, I was informed that I had food poisoning. I kept the receipt and provided full details to the hospital, asking them to record where I had eaten for their official report. I have since reported this incident to both Environmental Health and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) for investigation. Food outlets in the UK are legally required under the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013 to prepare and serve food in a safe, clean, and hygienic environment. Based on my experience, this establishment has failed to meet those legal obligations. I am also seeking legal advice to ensure this matter is taken further, as no business should be allowed to operate in such unsanitary conditions or put customers’ health at risk for profit. I strongly urge others to avoid this place until a full inspection has been carried out and appropriate action taken.

   I ordered from here on uber eats the pictures said drink and chips with burgers £7 and £6.99 I ordered a big order with £50 for my whole family the fiery chicken burger was over salt that a snail would’ve died with in seconds has for the lamb burgers just chewy and wings were undercooked. Pizza is fat and doughy. I’ve had to order from lakers 10/10

   Wow… easily the best food I’ve had in a long time! Everything was super fresh, full of flavour, and just so good. Great customer service from the front staff. Already thinking about what I’m going to order next time. Highly recommend!

   Sorry to say I’ve bad experiences in this restaurant. The front staff is very rude with the customers. He has no basic knowledge how to deal the customers, just rubbish behaviour. At 10 PM they said cleaning is in progress & it’s not possible to give beef burger & it will take 35 minutes. The food quality is very poor. The chicken wings & fried chickens aren’t properly cooked. I don’t have high expectations with the food but staffs should be trained on how to behave and treat customers.

   Very fussy kids ordered on Uber eats but called before to make sure its made the way kids like it. Order executed to perfection the gentleman on the phone took it down was very understanding unlike most shops I try this with. My kids love the wings and the adults the fillet of fire.

   Now i know why its called top Favourite the food is of top quality only thing not top is the prices, they are cheap and cheerful a pensioner can eat here every day more busier than mc donalds trust me you have to try the food. Raja is also a nice guy.

   First of all, the middle aged guy from sylhet behaved too rudely with us and was speaking too loudly. We ordered 6 wings without drinks and chips.. But later, when I asked for a soft drink he shouted on me for that silly reason.. when he said us to wait that was even very rude and loud. . Besides he called me "biadob mohila" which means mannerless woman... I am a pharmaceutical scientist but he told me that I should learn English . I will never recommend anyone to that place.. Because they don't know how to behave with the customers and a woman..

   Used to be good quality food but in the last couple months they’ve started warming up old chips and it’s so chewy it really doesn’t satisfy anyone’s craving for unhealthy food. The rest of the food is okay, but not great. The place itself is nearly always unclean, particularly the seating area; which is the most important part in need of being cleaned. The service is good but that’s about all they have now

   I live in Ilford and drive here for their chicken wings. Best around. The breading is on point and the flavours and seasoning are spot on. Prices are also good and not a bump like chicken shops on Ilford Lane. Trust me. Try the chicken wings.
