   Absolutely horrendous experience/customer service. We have not used Slice before and MOST certainly will never use them again. We ordered pizza's for our family meal and the pizza's were so burnt they were black. When we called Slice to explain the problem stating I do not like to complain but...... the lady who answered was extremely abrupt, rude and her words were "what do you want me to do about it!". She told me to contact Go Getters as it was there problem. I explained Go Getters did not make the pizza's and how could they let pizza's in that state be delivered. I even suggested we collect the freshly made pizza's and the response was"that's fine but it will be 45 minutes as we are so busy!". Tuesday night, really! Then a man took the phone and started being aggressive. All we wanted was 2 pizza's for our family meal. Shocking, dreadful business.

   Went to the one in The Maltsers Arns, Abridge. Absolutely fantastic. Proper authentic pozza, thin crispy crust. Exceklent flavours. Both the pizza and pub were bang on!

   Absolutely outstanding service here we had a slight problem with our order and the manager came around bought us a new order and did it in such a short space of time, personally . Hats off to this company they really care about customer service. We’ve been eating here for awhile and we highly recommend it!

   The staff were really friendly and the bruschetta was delicious. The main event pizzas looked great but were both (carnivore and marg) bland and had very little flavour.

   Visited earlier today. The blonde girl was very courteous and she made us feel welcome. They make the pizza in front of you and you can see it all happening in real time. Pizza was ready in 10 min and it was absolutely delicious. The chef speaks Italian and he was also very friendly. I believe his name was Darek. Thank you for a lovely meal! Will definitely come back!

   Finally, I found a perfect pizza place @Slicesourdoughpizza: Crust is not too thick, and not too fluffy Tomato sauce and mozzarella blends together as the fresh morning air The truffle and Italian sausage was not overpowering But the rocket salad and parmesan - adds the perfection The service was smooth and very kind, well done team, you are our number 1 pizza restaurant!    Ten out of ten pizza. My pizza quest had slowed recently until Slice was mentioned, the new shop in Epping, is welcoming and has a seamless ordering system. The staff were very helpful and they have contactless and card (not sure about cash, I forgot to ask) so that's nice. Cooking time is around ten minutes but it felt fast. The pizza is incredible, the dough is light but with a good chew to it, the crispness of the outside is excellent and is ever so slightly toasted in places giving it different depths of flavour. Tomato is an often overlooking part of a pizza, but a good tomato will up a pizza's level. The tomato is good, it has richness but not overpowering. Its a nice touch when the tomato is more than just there. Cheese is also good and these few simple things make a magic whole. Price was £9 for a margherita and it is worth it. It's easily made my top ten pizza places.
