Good choice on the buffet food, don't wanna buy a drink just drink water, best way makes you eat more n enjoy more. You get pizzas, pasta and the salad bar. Totally recomed it especially in a small party or group of friends.

VISIT DATE: SAT 13/09/2015 VISIT TIME: 13:45 - 15:15 Not for the first time, visited our local Pizza Hut for the buffet lunch deal. Went with my 6 year old daughter and my ex (her Dad), who encouraged me to upgrade my buffet deal to include a bottomless drink and ice cream factory… which I totally didn’t need, but definitely made use of! The buffet costs slightly more at the weekend, but I did feel like there was a much better choice of pizza compared to the last time we went, which was on a weekday. Vegetarian options weren’t great; I only saw Margarita on offer, but there was loads for the carnivorous types and I enjoyed sampling everything! Pizzas were fresh and the buffet was kept topped up throughout, with pasta, cheesy garlic bread and garlic bread available too. The salad station was also well stocked and everything was fresh. I reckon I ate about 10 slices of pizza, as well as a full salad bowl and two bowls of ice cream (in the end my ex didn’t actually want his) and had two full glasses of Cherry Pepsi Max, whilst my daughter had the kids meal deal (as well as enjoying a child’s of extra slices of pizza from her Dad). If you have the ability to stuff your face like a champion, then the buffet is great value, but honestly, I didn’t need the drink or ice cream as I’m happy with tap water and it would have saved me £4.99! However, I do enjoy the ice cream factory, even if the ice cream is pretty basic! You can’t deny it’s fun to add the toppings! My daughter particularly enjoyed this and, unlike me, spent ages making hers look really nice! Total Spend: £19.99 for adult buffet (upgraded) £7.99 for kids meal deal This restaurant is situated on a small retail park, so there is plenty of parking, but you need to enter your vehicle registration on a screen on entry to ensure you don’t get a ticket and you can only stay for a maximum of 3 hours, so don’t be in there too long if you also want to visit any of the other shops. The restaurant has step-free access, though the doors are quite heavy to open. Toilets are okay, though they could benefit from a refurb. There is an accessible toilet, but again, doors are all manual. Staff are friendly and helpful. We will return, but probably not for a while as my tummy needs time to deflate!

I was served by Angela who was lovely, helped me find the vegan options. I took off a star for the lack of options and there was also no vegan option at the buffet. The music was a little loud but the service was great.

Sat down with the whole family there were 15 of us. The place was empty it was 1730 on a Saturday evening. The salad bar was a complete mess and half of it was empty. We asked for a couple of things to be restocked and it took 10 minutes for them to bring out ranch dressing, they weren't even busy. We had to use the QR code to order so each family ordered separately. I ended up going to the pass and picking up the starters for my family as they just sat there being ignored by the staff, someone went up to them twice as I watched talked to the chef and then walked away. The tables were all in a mess and I have no idea how long they were like it for because they didn't seem bothered about tidying the place up or preparing for their next customers. There was no large deep pan pizzas so we were told we had to have thin or stuffed crust. They wouldn't give us the stuffed crust for free as they didn't have what we actually wanted so we paid extra for something we didn't want. If they had told us on the phone 30 minutes prior when we called them that they didn't have deep pan pizzas we'd have gone elsewhere. The pizzas came up undercooked and weren't that nice at all. Where has all the sauce and flavour gone from pizza hut pizzas? In all an absolute shambles of a restaurant probably the worst pizza hut I've ever been in.

The decor was really nice. The pizza was nice and warm, the salad was fresh. It was easy to order and because it was a buffet, we could start eating straight away. Glasses weren't super clean though.

Lovely staff and super friendly. Despite them getting abuse from a gross family complaining about the ordering through the phone, which we was explained about as we came in and also like as its so much easier. The manager was lovely and super professional and all the staff were great. Veggie options are great and plenty of and the manger was happy to answer any questions about them.Thank you for a lovely experience and don’t let awful customers get you down!

Spent £40 for a lukewarm pizza, came out all SOGGY and OILY. Not to mention they ONLY TAKE CARD payment online so if you don't have a phone and carry cash then your stuffed. Spoken to the manager about it and she has offered a new pizza 10/10. But for the food itself I can get better for cheaper elsewhere.
