   I have been ordering here for just over a year now and despite opting for other outlets on multiple occasions, the pizza here is certainly (in my opinion) the best in the area! The staff are super friendly too - Sudesh in particular! Which is why it’s non-negotiable that I get my pizza from Pizza Hut Harold Hill. I had a large order for a party in November which they handled with ease - I cannot recommend enough. Thanks Sudesh and co. See you again soon!

   I’ve ordered from this branch many times and the pizzas have usually been perfect. This time, however, one of the large pizzas was badly overcooked. I called the store and was told a replacement would be sent. I then had to wait an additional 35 minutes for the replacement, and when it finally arrived, it was even worse than the first one. Even the delivery driver admitted how bad it was. On top of that, there was no apology at any point from the store member. To make things worse, the receipt they give has no option for “Your Opinion Matters” or a code, so I can’t even provide proper feedback directly to the store. Really disappointing. Consistency and basic customer service matter.

   I've been a fool ordering from here time and time again. Out of 14 orders just this year alone. Sadly only 3 came without issues. Always the wrong sauce base. The box dripping with grease. Over hour wait times. Shocking customer service. Management clearly don't care about customers. I think it time for me to stop giving these guys any more of my service until they learn how to read and cook an order correctly.

   I ordered a vegetable supreme pizza for my grandparents who are vegetarian and a meat feast pizza for myself. They added meat onto the vegetable pizza!!! These people have never got my order right . It’s not nice as they were expecting pizza and could t eat it due to meat on it!!! Not the first time they got my order wrong

   Had fantastic customer service from Pizza Hut at Ardleigh Green. I made an enquiry the day before regarding an order for my daughter's pool party at the sports centre. I spoke to a guy called Sultan not sure if he is the manager but he was extremely helpful and gave me lots of tips and advice. I really want to say thank you and the pizzas arrived early for the party. Wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

   Don’t buy anything from here! They’ll deliver burnt pizza to you, promise to replace it but won’t show up. Then refuse a refund when you take the food back to them. P.s they take their phones off the hook so don’t bother calling
