   Ordered last night ,over the phone, the staff member was very polite when, When I came to pick up my order with an instance I had been asked If I had already ordered or is wanting to place an order and was told the wait time for collection which at that time 15-20 minutes when time had passed 'JASS' made sure everything was correct with my order. Thanks Milano pizza will be ordering again 10/10

   Such an awful service. Just ordered a Takeway, cost me £34. The pizza tasted horrible neither was presentable. Looked appalling. The phone handler, the lady with broken English was absolutely rude when I tried to complain. She was not understanding or helping the situation. She was not appreciating me as a regular customer. I guess this pizza company is just there to make their money however they can. They can easily rip off the customers.

   Awful!! Delivered late but someone ‘accidentally’ hit the button on the app to say it was delivered on time. Of course it was freezing cold. Customer service was awful and made it so complicated to get a refund that it becomes not worth it. £20 down the drain. One loyal customer lost.
