The food is amazing. Just a shame on many occasions recently the delivery is so slow now. Today I’ve ordered on New Year’s Day and have been waiting for 2 hours. Could’ve got a flight to Spain, ordered a meal, done a night out and it still probably won’t turn up before.
We order from here a lot. We really like the food but unfortunately every time we order they always get our food wrong. Every time without fail. I always get garlic sauce on top of my pizza and I get it maybe 5% of time I’ve ever ordered it. They are so rude over the phone. We ordered it today again mistakenly but we called them after we placed the order just to make sure they finally get it right. And they gave us a completely different pizza!!! After waiting an hour by the way. So we called back up and complained and he said that another one will be sent soon. Made up excuses for not being able to read an order receipt. And told us we could keep the wrong pizza they sent. We then waited another 20 ish minutes just to still receive the wrong order even after the driver said I made sure it was right!!! So we called back up and said that it was still wrong so he then apologised again made up some more excuses about not being able to read an order right! And we said that our pizza’s are now cold and he said well heat them up in a microwave! I said is there nothing else you can do and he said well we already gave you a free pizza?! No you gave us the wrong one so we can keep it!!! We then waited another half an hour!!!! To finally receive the right thing per say. We are finally giving up with this place after tonight because it is disappointing and disgusting behaviour.

If I could give 0 stars for it all I would, for starters my pizza was undercooked, there was hardly and toppings and cheese and no dips. When I went to complain the man on the phone was very disrespectful and rude! Honestly he spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt on the floor. He said that it’s the way the chef makes it and it would be better for them if I don’t order from them again. I would never again and they are the closest available. He then said if I want to complain then do it to the head office and then just kept over talking me and ended the call on me! Very very rude and disrespectful! Never go here! The reviews are low for a reason! Unless you want to be belittled! The photo is the good part of the pizza so you can presume what the bad part is like.
Good pizza for a good price. Quick service shame prices have had to go up lately but that's not to be expected
Only gave a 1 star rating as I had to,delivery took ages and pizza was undercooked,customer service is shocking,its cheap pizza for a reason,I guess you get what you pay for,waste of money.
Just had a great pizza here again and the churros are out of this world.
Chicken hot pizza or really yummy and the starter was good too. Affordable prices. Good service.
Best pizza I've had 10/10 I thought all pizza go go branches would be the same but this one tastes infinitely better.
