   The worst pizza place ever. Ordered around £50 of pizza and it never came, rang 52 times within an hour and a half with no answer or no call back. Still even waiting on an update about a refund. If any were was half as bad as this place it would have been shut down already.

   Called up the shop last night, the geeza couldn't even speak English. Who's decided to hire these sort of people. Even went in store to order and the guy behind the counter had the absolute cheek to tell me they're closed at 9pm when the website says 11pm. Get a grip yous lot. Disappointing.

   Placed an order at 9:30 Friday evening of 2 deserts. Never seen such a horrendous looking desert for someone to cook and send out with the presentation, that person needs to be fired. It was burnt, rock hard, flat nothing like the picture or what I have received from other stores. I tried to phone the store to get another resent and phoned intermittently for around 1 hours around 10 times and no answer even though they close at 11pm??? Definitely not worth the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

   This was, hands down, the worst pizza experience of my life. I’d honestly get more satisfaction setting my money on fire than wasting it on whatever this was. Papa John’s – if you’re reading this, shame on you. 1.5 hours late – no apology, no update, just radio silence. And what finally arrived? A cold, lifeless, soggy mess that looked like someone sat on it. Tasted like wet cardboard with a faint memory of cheese. Completely inedible. An insult to pizza. Actually, an insult to food in general. This wasn’t a meal — this was a scam in a pizza box. It’s beyond disappointing — it’s outrageous. You charge premium prices and deliver something that belongs in the bin. This is corporate laziness at its peak. Clearly, no one here gives a damn about quality or customers. Avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn’t feed this to a stray dog.

   Absolutely awful. Food came cold at 10pm tonight. Pizza I ordered was completely wrong!!!! When I tried to call to get it fixed the phone doesn’t connect to them, like they’ve turned it off!! Can’t be that hard to make a pizza with 3 toppings but no instead you don’t even give me one that I’ve asked for, and the 2 I did I got barely any of and I ended up with a million jalapeños? And some peppers? And onion? And chilli’s? I really don’t know what to think. Inedible because it’s so spicy!! Now I’ll have to call in the morning to get this fixed, thanks for nothing.

   Good range of toppings. Used a delivery which arrived quick and hot. Tasted good with little grease — a high priority. The "handle area" (area around the circumference of the pizza) was greater than alternatives but with the dips available, this didn't negatively affect my experience. Would recommend.
