   I tried calling them twice did not answer it.so I went at store at 10:30 they said the till is closed so can’t order here so you have order online also I explained them about its closing time on site showing up to 11 o’clock staff was very rude to me also I requested to and extra spicy he said no to it I was really disappointed experience

   Ordered two pizzas this evening. Great service on phone from Bibash. Friendly and helpful. Pizzas arrived piping hot and plenty of topping. Great service. Will definitely order again.

   11/05/24 - update Ordered a large half and half pan pizza this evening and was disappointed at the amount of toppings on it. Quite sparse covering although it was on an offer. Would think twice about having another one soon. Ordered 2 pizzas, sides, etc, the cheesy garlic bread was rock hard and burnt. We had to throw it away as it was edible. Tried calling Pizza Hut but it took several calls before anyone could be bothered to answer the phone. Offered some more cheesy garlic bread which I accepted as long as it wasn’t over done and could be eaten. I’ll try Fat Pizza instead as it couldn’t be any worse. ———— Always delicious pizzas and ready on time to collect. Staff member that came out to deal with me appeared friendly when they saw me waiting by the counter. Good value deals available.

   Absolutely disgraceful service and staff don’t know what they’re doing. Was a reg customer but this time was just a complete joke. Will never use again. Ordered a pizza deal with two sides at 9:45 said it it will be delivered at 10:25 which then changed to 11:25. I called at 10:40 to be told they don’t even have the number for their delivery drivers and that I could call in morning to speak to manager as they sent food but was not delivered even tho the Pizza Hut website said it was in store. I insisted that I wanted my delivery as it was now 10:55 and wanted someone from the store to deliver it. I was told yes ok. At 11:30 still no pizza and £30 down. Do not use this store it’s a sham and a disgrace, they want the money but not the work. Will be taking this higher Uo the chain.

   Called to place an order for a large Farmhouse pizza that I would be collecting. Could not have been simpler. The guy at the end told me that I would need to place the order online. I was absolutely incredulous. I said I wanted to pay by cash and they said that because I had to place the order online it would not be possible. There cannot be any form of recession on because here I am trying to give a business my money and they are turning it away. I hope the person that runs this particular franchise reads this. Beyond belief

   The pizzas are always fresh, made to the company standard which has a huge impact on flavour, and the delivery drivers are always so speedy and friendly. This is the best Hut I've used and clearly has a very good team looking after things. Mr Pizza Hut, if you read this, Brentwood are doing a great job and making local businesses very happy indeed!!

   So me and my girlfriend ordered a pizza delivery time great driver polite bit into my pizza to have a hair under the cheese rung them up and told them the issue which they sorted out and told me to leave the pizza with the hair in it so they could look which I did. They then brought me the wrong pizza again so I rung up and asked what had happened and why it was wrong to then be informed by “The shop manager” Aimee that no one had the hair colour of the hair found in my pizza and I had put it in there myself tucked nice and firmly under the cheese this is never heard anything so silly in my life she then started to be really sarcastic and rude which yes it got my back up a lot because how they can accuse me of putting my hair in my pizza is a joke I will never be ordering from this joke of a Pizza Hut again staff are rude and don’t have a clue about the way they should talk to customers would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone worst place in Brentwood for customer service. And the lovely store manager Aimee has had a complaint made against her as she clearly had no manners when dealing with a customer.
