   Have nothing but great compliments for perry st pizza hut, Josh is so pleasent and has great customer service. We really feel he goes above and beyond and keeps his store very clean. Always the best pizza hut i go to.

   Honestly so embarrassed. We ordered some pizza’s for some guests we had and this is how they turned up as well as being cold, we were so embarrassed with the state of the food that we had to throw it away and order with Papa Johns as we didn’t want to order again with Pizza Hut and risk the same issue. Delivery driver didn’t even ring the doorbell to inform us he was outside

   Don’t order from here!! Spent £15 something on delivery for two cookie doughs that COMES WITH ICECREAM ( pregnant and craving something with icecream so ordered for me and my other half) they had the cheek to send my order without the icecream which is part of my bloody order! Driver tells me no no you didn’t order icecream! It comes with the bloody cookie dough and then the size of the cookie dough plus cold honestly complete waste of money! Won’t be ordering from them again!! & ubereats was no help which is no surprise!!!

   I recently visited Pizza Hut and it was a fantastic experience. The pizza was perfectly cooked — the crust had just the right crunch, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generous. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The manager RUPAL at Pizza Hut deserves a shout-out! They run the place smoothly and make sure customers are happy from the moment they walk in. I noticed how attentive they were, checking in with both the staff and guests to keep everything running well. It’s clear they lead by example — the team was organized, friendly, and quick with orders.

   Called on Saturday to place an order. Spoke to Jordan who was very polite and informative. Food was delivered in around 30 minutes quality was excellent. Miles better than when I ordered a few months ago. Keep up the good work!

   Sadly we had a bad experience with a delayed order. We ordered at 5:30pm, delivery estimate was 6:15, food finally arrived an hour later, at 7:15. We originally ordered food for three, including my young son as as treat. Because of the delay we had no choice but to cook something else for him as he couldn't wait any longer. The food finally did arrive at his bedtime, meaning that his pizza was untouched and all of the rest went cold while we put him to bed. A delay is one thing, but the fact that no one got in touch to give us an updated estimate and that there was no update to the online estimate meant we couldn't rearrange our plans and made everything much worse.

   1) Food was an hour late, said it was delivered when it wasn't! 2) Food was cold and as such not very nice. 3) When the driver delivered it wasn't in a bag to keep it warm. 4) Gravesend branch don't answer the phone. 5) Some of the boxes didn't have seal stickers on them. 6) Order included someone else's pizza. Minus 5 stars!

   If I could give minus stars I would, ordered 7:30pm said 9:15pm for delivery fair enough, waited till 9:25pm started to phone and phone and phone. No one picks up so I drove to them. Handful of other disgruntled customers all same problem no delivery no answer on phone no update. Guy there in end said only one driver turned up he couldn’t switch ordering system off the area manger who could wasn’t answering the phone because they were sleeping. Eventually got my pizzas after waiting another 30 mins in store no apology just a free bottle of 500ml Pepsi when considering I paid £1.99 for delivery wasn’t free. Needless to say I will be calling HQ to complain I was more shocked to discover the phone was on mute as I called it while standing inside and it was flashing and flashing and not ringing

   I ordered from pizza hut tonight, as of the time of ordering this pizza it was my last 20 pounds to my name I ordered from pizza hut to get a delivery from these guys and then it didn't specify that they wanted me to come and collect it. called in and explained it was the last 20 quid we had and the lady on the other end of the phone just suggested for us to get a taxi full well knowing we had spent our last money on this order. This is such poor customer service!! Do not order, the lady claimed to be a manager but did not act like one!!! Worst customer service going. Will not be ordering again, This is not first bad experience either
