   Had a horrible experience with the staff 5 November 2025 got there before 22:25pm to order pizza because I knew the close at 23:00pm and a pizza takes 10minutes. They took minutes arguing about who is going to take my order and finally a guy came huffing and puffing telling me that he was cleaning and he likes going home on time. I went in to ask if its too late for me to order then he frowned wasnt even helpful, you ask a question and he was even willing to respond. Really not happy about the service I received there. I get that maybe they had a long day but there is absolutely no reason to treat me like this

The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, making me feel really welcome. Service was quick and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what you’d hope for from Pizza Hut. Overall, a really positive experience – I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pizza Hut Lodge Lane in Grays never fails to deliver (excuse the pun)! Always on time, always freshly made, and the delivery is quick with genuinely friendly drivers every time — it really makes a difference. As for Pizza Hut itself: I don’t care what anyone says — their pizza is top tier. The old-school recipe had that nostalgic charm, but it could be a bit heavy. The newer recipe they introduced a few years ago? Total game changer — lighter, crispier, absolutely delicious, and still packed with that signature flavor. The app is seamless to use, their deals are consistently great and wallet-friendly, and the loyalty points system is just the cherry on top. Pizza night is a no-brainer in our house thanks to this place. Keep up the amazing work, Lodge Lane team!

   Terrible experience. Made order. Said would be 30-40 mins. After an hour with no pizzas made the first of 4 phone calls. During the first one received a downright lie saying they were out for delivery. Next one put on hold. Next one said sorry the system was down and had no way of knowing if my order would be delivered or not. The last call they said sorry I wouldn't be getting order and suggested I email Pizza Hut to get my money back. Ordered from Dominoes for the first time in the end and Pizzas were perfect and arrived after 30 minutes. That's obviously who I'll be ordering from in future

   Terrible customer service. Was having issues ordering online when it came to payment (ordered online plenty of times before and no issues, I'm very I.T literate so I knew it wasn't a problem on my side). Called to let them know and was told "its working fine I just ordered something online a minute ago" why would you as an employee order something online when you work right there?? I ignored and proceeded to try and order over the phone anyway but his attitute was so bad I just gave up! So Domino's it was instead! Not eating from there again.

   All the folks with negative reviews must be on drugs or stay at home boozing all day. My order was east to place online and the delivery was made with in the specified time. Delivery driver was friendly, which is unusual. A great service from start to finish. Oh & the food was great & tasty. Was recommended by a friend & will be recommending this Hut as well. Can’t fault them on anything.
