   Appalling service!! Ordered fish and chips and a battered sausage, frozen food chucked into cheap fat, I was tired so just took the food, (which appeared cheap) got home no chips!! Back to the shop tired and unhappy. 3 staff talking in their own language about me but I understood nothing, which was extremely rude and made me even more angry, so I just asked for my money back, they looked at me like I was an alien, they printed a till receipt to show my order. I said I ordered fish and chips the assistant asked if I wanted a “meal deal” and add a drink, I said no. She got the order wrong!! Please just give me my money back!! They said they would give me chips (very begrudgingly)it would take time, I again asked for my money back!!!! Never again will I darken their door step, looked and smelt cheap. Horrible grubby place, I would recommend you stir well clear of this place.

   This has been an awesome experience, customer service and food. The customer service is so friendly especially because we aren't British and not from here. The food is so good I definitely recommend to eat here, amazing prices for great food and the atmosphere is so lovely. I absolutely recommend you spend your food money on here because it is so worth it! I will definitely come here for the 6th time!!!

   Never again. Ordered 2 chicken fillet burgers which were overcooked and burnt (see pic). Asked for cheese on the burgers as well which didn't come. And half the chips had gone stale by the time I'd got home, which is a 5 minute drive away.
