   I have driven past many times and saw the sign for the super large pizza. As tonight I fancied a pizza, I thought I'd give this place a try. I was not disappointed, when I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was allowed to pick four toppings, which was more than enough for me. Having tasted the pizza, I'm glad I decided to try it. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Depends how you look at it, unfortunately I was unable to finish the pizza, but fortunately, I can look forward to some pizza tomorrow. This will be one of my go to pizza places in the future.

   On 1 Jan new year we order 3 pizza & from out of 3, we got 1 pizza that is non veg, we are totally vegetarian. They send non vegetarian pizza beef,ham. When we call to order pizza we repeat the order & when we complained abt non vegetarian pizza they not accepting, they keep arguing back and blaming us that have we order wrong pizza, even we told them to take the beef pizza back and replaced with right pizza than they charging delivery £4.The lady with named priya she is so rude.milano customer service is so bad we are never ordering again from milano.

   Very disappointed with the service received. Pizza arrived cold so called the restaurant to speak with the manager. I thought that because i have been a customer for years they would do something for when i order next time. However they basically said not their problem and told me i must be lying. It was -5 on the day and their delivery driver was outside our house for 10 mins doing nothing. The manager of the restaurant said it doesn't matter. Very unprofessional. will not order again.

   Ordered two pizzas and asked them to make them extra hot with chillies. Told them we will even pay extra for it. Pizzas arrived without any sign of chillies and were very mild. Called the branch and was told they made it hot and their solution was will check with manager and call back when they hear from the manager. Wasted our evening.

   Highly recommend to all, Amazing Service, Staff really Friendly, Food is 10/10!! and they multiple offers for both delivery and collection to suit how many pizzas and sides you want! From a personal experience I loved my CYO pizza. Milano's are truly the place to go if you want some fresh pizza! From the toppings to the base of the pizza was delicious!!
