Very bad customer service with bad food standards. Discounts and offers shown in the store does not appear on the system. You get charged full amount. When you check your receipt and return back to store staff is very rude and arrogant. They dont care that you had to come back from home for their mistake. I had this experience last Saturday 15th March. As offer was not on the receipt I asked for compensation as I had to travel back from home but instead of being sorry Manger was very rude and started shouting. He accepted that system is not updated with the offer but he refused to compensate. I returned back without even taking extra charge payment As staff was very rude. I am going to raise a complaint with food standards and city council. My Advice for customers is to check their receipts soon after checkout. Thanks.

All in one grocery store where you can buy any Asian specially Indian-Pakistani grocery items like Variety of Rice/Flour, Spices , Oils and other household items. Reminds me of my Home country. All Staff members are very cooperative and polite. Fresh halal meat also available.

Some absolute bargains here if you're happy to buy in bulk. 5kg of top quality basmati rice for less than £10 great for beans and lentils and flour etc, also a great fresh produce section with great prices for fresh herbs and veggies. Dried herbs and spices also available at great prices if you're happy to purchase in larger quantities.

Went in to look round, not been before and there were flies around the fruit and veg and white mould on the sweet potatoes. Disgusting place, extremely disgusted.

Any so called "Halal meat/poultry" that is out of date/expired/ or has gone Off/Spoiled is classed as 'Haram Meat". Stop selling customers Haram meat/poultry. Some time ago I had brought Chicken mince meat and chicken breast, took it home and opened the bag and the Chicken "SMELLED OFF" I went back to the butcher and instead of resolving the issue, he kicked off with me which was embarrassing for me and them. Selling so called Halal meat which has gone off and has become haram to eat due to it being unfit for for human and animal consumption risking death, organ failure, long term sickness, deterioration in health and well-being, such as food poisoning that can result in death Unfortunately, unlike English shops who would always display date/expiry dates on thier meats and poultry, the Halal Butcher shops had always failed in regards to being transparent, they never display on the meat and poultry the date/expiry date, credibility, integrit and honesty should be questioned. I had stopped purchasing Halal meat from such Butchers due to this. From the perspective of Sharia, selling spoiled or expired foods is prohibited because every Muslim is obliged to preserve the life of other Muslims and avoid every matter that could inflict harm on them or on their health; therefore, Sharia forbids selling harmful products to people as well as deceiving them. Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said: " He who deceives is not of me (is not my follower)." {Muslim}.

The most incompetent people who work at this store, the total disgrace of the place is an absolute mess. I requested ground beef and it was waste meat. The most disrespectful of employees.
