Ordered on deliveroo while on a train home. Train got delayed. Called them to leave food outside as I'm running late. Told me - not my problem and hung up.
I'm suing you. I've been waiting for the order for 3 hours and you don't answer the calls
Phone operator service really bad who answer my call he don't even understand English. it's very difficult to explain my order and he did mistake he put tomato in my pizza he don't take my address he don't even ask me how do I pay a hang up phone. I call different branch ask help to other stuff and he help me.
I ordered through just eat, the food came late for 2 hours after I had to repeatedly called them so many times. They didnt even bother to inform and stated on the app that the food was already delivered. It came finally 3 hours after I ordered. The food was already cold and chewy, not tasty either, definitely not fresh. It was such a rubbish service! I dont understand with all the 5 star review here, definitely not what I experienced at all!
