I visit this Sainsbury’s in Heaton Park often and it’s consistently great — clean, well-organised and always stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful, whether it’s at the checkout or on the shop floor. The store layout makes it easy to find what I need quickly, and the fresh produce section is always impressive with high quality fruits, vegetables and bakery items. I also like that there’s a good range of ready-meals and essentials, which makes weekly shopping simple and efficient. The self-checkout machines work smoothly, and there’s never been much of a queue when I’ve gone. Parking is convenient too, especially if you’re popping in for a few items. Overall a reliable local supermarket with great service — definitely recommend!

Most of the dates on my online order were awful. I was contacted by someone who claimed to be the online shopping manager. She was rude, persistently accused me of shouting at her ( I wasn't!) and completely dismissing my issue. She claimed that's all they had in store. Have you seen the size of that place? And it's incapable of respectable sell by dates? Stop it. Extremely rude woman, avoid like the plague...

Really poor store for online shopping and delivery. They send expiring items and my milk bottle is always leaking for some reason. Store supervisor had every excuse under the sun for this, she was very rude, unhelpful and implied that it’s my fault for ordering online. Not bothered if they lose customers. No customer service skills whatsoever! The poor delivery drivers do their best with low mentality colleagues instore letting them and customers down alike. Don’t order fresh meat, it will be a short use by date and they won’t mention this on delivery confirmation receipt. Dreadful nasty company

I love this Sainsbury's. The aisles are wide so plenty of room plus it is clean. Going onto the food, I think they have everything and everyone covered. The clothes, home, cosmetic, toy and card sections are great. There is a cafe, Timpson, Specsavers and Argos situated inside the store. The staff are lovely and helpful. There are mobility scooters.

Food shopping is good. Fuel station never has prices up for you to see from the main road, and car wash is awful and very poorly maintained - always breaking down and taking weeks to repair. Four years ago the whole horizontal washing bar collapsed on my bonnet denting it, the service hasnt improved!

Such a good store. Spacious, well-stocked (although maybe less home produce than the Blackpool store) and with plenty of free parking. Staff are friendly, there is an Argos and a Clark’s shoe store inside. Quality shopping experience.

Very large branch with big homewares and clothes sections. A cafe in the upstairs mezzanine as well as a branch of inside the supermarket and various manned fresh food counters, including a sushi bar. Good fresh produce too.

This is my closest Sainsbury's supermarket and I really enjoy my visits there, even though they are infrequent. It's where we go for a good wander because it has everything we need, and loads of things we didn't know we need. Of particular note is the non-food section which we enjoy a lot - gifts, kitchenware, clothing... This is where we go when we need inspiration and we want to take our time. The aisles are spacious, the place is well lit, the choices are abundant and the experience is always positive. The food of course is always good too. Fresh, plentiful and much much choice as well. Not our local supermarket as I have mentioned already, but we always pick up a few special things while we are here. I really like my Sainsbury's. I hope you do too:)
