   occasionally order from iceland and everything is normally fine but last week half my stuff that wasnt refunded before hand, i received mine and somebody else order i have been ringing the shop since last week and nobody answers or has even bothered to apologise to me and only refunded £1.19? im missing more than that and i dont want to order since you dont answer and resolve my problems but delivery driver was even confused as the other ladies was labelled as the same number and in the same basket

   On two occasions I never received my shopping so frustrating as I am a disabled 70 year old, I rely on deliveries, on both occasions I never received a phone call to let me know, I just waited and waited, rang cheetham hill 20 times and they never picked up so disappointed, waited 4 days for my refund last time, I will never ever order from Iceland again total let down

   I've not shopped at Iceland for ages, but felt the need to go seeing as my freezer was empty so off I went to Iceland at Cheetham Hill where I met a lovely assistant called ADAM who was so patient with me due to bad eyesight, he was so kind helping me find what I needed and I know I'm a bit slow at walking but he guided me all the way around the store to fill my trolley with all my goodies, I'd just like to say that it's not often I get that kind of attention from any other store I go to but I will definitely be going back on a more regular basis, Thank you so much Adam for our lovely conversation and my nicest shopping experience in such a long long time. xx

   Decent enough availability of food supplies. Cashier seem very timid. I can understand why, the Asian security guard is a bully, and on some kind of power-trip. I walked in the shop to buy a particular item, I couldn't find it so I asked the security guard for help, he pointed out where this item was. As I walked to the till he's there ahead of me, standing close by, arms folded, wide stance, eyes glaring at me. Another customer standing in line next to me, whispers to me "Don't worry about him, he thinks he owns the shop" Yeah, a regular Pleb.

   Poor Service and Unresponsive Support I had a very bad experience. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. The delivery was incomplete, yet their system marked it as fully delivered. When I attempted to report the issue, it was extremely difficult because they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Very disappointing service.

   The security guard was following me all over the shop, without any reason. When I asked him, he started arguing and shouting in front of everyone, it was embarrassing. The cashier was nice tho.

   Expensive than other shops, always waiting on queue because just one cashier available, sometimes bonus card machine not working so you lost points. I hate to go there but I have to visit it if I'm in rush.

   Despite the current situation, the shopping experience was good, with short queues both to enter the building and at the tills while maintaining social distancing. The shelves were full of stock and there were no shortages of any products on sale. In fact there were a number discounted sales on certain products. The store is still taking both cash and card payments at the tills. They are also still operating the free delivery on orders over £25 including same day deliveries. The staff were inviting and friendly as always, making the whole experience pleasant.
