   I tried Domino’s recently and it was a very disappointing experience. The Indian Paneer Pizza had very little topping, the bread was hard and not well baked, and overall the quality was poor. Because of this, I don’t feel like ordering from Domino’s again. I hope management takes these issues seriously and works on improving both the food quality and consistency.

   The second time I dared ordering a Pizza here and it arrived piping hot and within a reasonable time but even though it was not a tomato based pizza it was DROWNED in tomato puree , which made the base totally soggy and it tasted disgusting , not sure what happened ! Previous time it was overcooked , cold and we all ended up ill , thought they may have improved , oh no ! Be careful eating any kind of food in this area ! We head outside of the London area to eat normally! Edit : Reply to your feedback : Please can you sell the franchise to someone who can run it properly? That is the only way you can put things right, look at your dreadful reviews! There is no way we will be ordering pizzas from you again! Advice to everyone : AVOID

   Just now delivered me this smashed up pizza, looks like it'd been dropped on the floor and put back. Told the driver to call the manager. The manager didn't care and didn't offer anything to make up for the inconvenience - I just sent it back. They clearly knew the pizza was smashed but still tried to hand it off and leave quickly before I could check it. Luckily, I opened it at the door. Ridiculous - don’t ever buy from here.

   IS THIS A JOKE?! I order a large pizza that is supposed to be 13.5 inch but upon arrival I get a 11 to 12 inch pizza. Stop short changing your loyal customers else they will stop coming and your branch will close down if you continue this way. Reported formally to Dominoes head office and also trading standards. Disappointed with your shortcuts.

   We ordered 30 pizzas at 10am to be delivered at 1pm for our company Aerospheres UK.The manager Robert was amazing with his customer service. He ensured 1 delivery in one transport at 1pm and all hot! Well done Robert for the excellent service! Keep it up!

   I've never had a problem with Domino's before however it just didn't taste how I remember it to be, granted it has been a while, possibly 6m or even longer but I was disappointed with the taste and the portion of wedges. We also received our pizza box with a bit of meat stuck to it, the driver advised to contact the branch, I called and they said 1 would get a free pizza the next time I ordered. I should have been offered a refund for current order not for the next one!

   If there was a 0 star I would have selected it. Pizza took 1.5 hrs to come and ontop of that the food was cold. Couldnt even contact them as they were closed when my delivery arrived. Never again will order from here.

   I ordered at 9.27 pm and at 22.25 pm still no delivery, I have to call and chase for my order, So over call, manager told me driver left for delivery 20 mins ago, After that he called me after 5 mins saying delivery driver delivered to wrong address. They still need 25 mins to prepare Pizza and send again. So I have to wait for 1 hr 30 mins after paying £23, great
