   Very disappointed with my visit to this Farmfoods. They do not have toilet facilities for customers, which is difficult enough, but the staff’s reaction was the real issue. When I asked for help or an exception, the staff literally smiled and laughed at the situation. It’s incredibly unprofessional to treat customers with such a lack of basic empathy.    Although is New store open in Wythenshawe But they have a good variety of frozen food and fresh food many drinks compared to the market is a cheap the customer are very happy. I’m very happy the Customer Service is very good. I love it.

   I had an extremely disappointing experience at Farm Food. The items I had clearly showed they were from other shops (one even said Asda, another was marked as Chinese food), yet the security guard stopped me and demanded proof that I’d bought them elsewhere. I have never seen such unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. To make matters worse, he even called another member of staff to check if the items were from Farm Food — but neither of them could prove anything. I asked for an apology because I was stopped in front of other customers as if I had stolen something, but the guard refused to apologise. This is no way to run a business. Treating customers with suspicion and no respect is unacceptable.

   The new location is fantastic, but the quality of the products is disappointing. I purchased a walnut that was quite old and had an unpleasant taste. The staff members were not particularly helpful. The section for vegetables and fruits is rather small, and the produce there appears to be old.

   The guy staff are idiots. I heard one the last time I was there saying he wanted to stamp on a shoplifters head. She obviously ipusly wasn't aware of this but I felt it was too much to display in front of customers. The girl serving is nice but the boys are very unprofessional.
