   Great store, clean and well stocked, with enough cashiers to ensure a fast checkout. The only issue was that the floodlights in the car park were off the night I visited, which made it a bit hazardous.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Today, a manager named PAUL decided to racially profile my mother. We’re mixed, but we’re british citizens and have lived here most of our lives. My mum asked where the Ziploc’s could be found. Paul and some other useless prick decided to tell my mum “in this country they’re called zip ties” and proceeded to tell her to stop raising her voice and began shouting at her when she explained what she was after. Unbelievable. On top of that, this manager PAUL (emphasising because he is the problem) can’t be too qualified if he can’t tell the difference between a Ziptie and a Ziploc bag. Then he so confidently came out with something so racist in an attempt to correct her. I am lost for words. They better approve this review or they’re just as bad as the racist wastes of space they employ.

   Went today to get some xmas wrapping paper and matching tags as highlighted in this weeks brochure.. Tags were nowhere to be seen which means I have to get them elsewhere now which is a pity. They should have been with the wrap

   My daughter was shopping in here, she had some items on the bottom of her daughters pram which she bought from tesco. She was acused of attempting to steel those items by their staff. She showed them the receipt for them and let her go. NO APOLOGY was offered. Made her feel humiliated in front of other customers.
