   Guy with greyish hair and glasses very rude. Wouldn’t let me pay with cash so made to use self check out tills, had no bags and didn’t offer an alternative even though I was struggling to carry things due to being an inpatient in the hospital.

   Very expensive. Priced dearer than normal M&S to take advantage of people who can't get out of the hospital. Silly pricing. 500ml of sparkling water is more expensive than 2 litres. They have stopped selling wholemeal bread for some reason.

   Rude deputy manager Peter is unhelpful, does not want to be there, the less he can do the better, he is happier that way. Lies and tells customers YOU HAVE TO USE the self service tills if paying by card which I found out to be incorrect. The time it took him to patronise me, take me to the ss machine, MAKE me use and give me a teaching moment he could have just done the sale in 20 seconds!

   I’m a coeliac the only gluten free option is a dry egg sandwich, self raising flour, chicken fillets and ready meals. This is in a hospital how on earth am I supposed to eat let alone cook?

   Really frustrating that opening time is supposed to be 06:30 but most of the time it opens late. Not great when most staff start at 07:00!
