    Disgusted at the customer service today. I went to purchase some currency after checking the opening times but when I got there there it was closed. And a piece of paper stuck on the window saying they would be back at 2pm. I asked at customer service but they said they were on their lunch and would be back in an hour. They just gave me a filthy look and shrugged her shoulders when I said I couldn’t wait the hour I would have to go somewhere else. Please don’t advertise your opening times when your staff just chose to close whenever they feel like it. That is NOT a good customer service!

    Received a £70 parking charge after a shop where I was in the car park for 1hr and 22mins. Disappointing and scummy practice from Tesco and their Horizon Parking company. Particularly bad it being the closest supermarket to the hospital, where so many vulnerable people may be subject to similar unfair practices. Tried checking the Tesco website, no information on parking rules. Tried calling and couldn't get past the automated voice message.

    This isn’t the first time I’ve opened a packet of “in date” Tesco peppers and tomatoes from this store to find one, often two bad pieces. I regularly have to check each packet to ensure not gone soft/bad. Unfortunately I missed this one. Today is the 18th August, the packet of peppers show fresh until 21st.. see photos.

    Member of staff called Liz. When I asked for help while walking towards had a chat with a colleague about something not work related. My question was "Why is it saying I need an assistant?" she continued without saying a word to place the shirt on the scale and walked off. Walking out of the store the alarms went off. The tags had not been taken off my items. Makes sense why the till said needed assistance now. I re entered the store having had a friendly profession security guard tell me the tags were still on. Liz proceeds to tell me I should of known they need taking off, asking did I not see them. I reply "I thought that was your job", Liz replies "No, your supposed to ask me to take them off". Well Liz, the till told you, your job was to take the tags off. Liz went on to tell me I'm not with it today. Tesco please help Liz understand she is there to do a job as professional as everyone else in the store seemed to be.

    Great store. Staff are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. Usually clean and it's easy to find items. Never had bad experience. I go in a few times per week and have done for at least last 10 years plus. Highly Recommended.

    OMG who ever designed the new way of self service needs to re-think. What ever happened to being able to self check out with one item. A queue a mile long, empty self sevice tills and the poor staff stood there shouting cash or card. Christmas will be a nightmare. There was nothing wrong with it before. Please revert back to the old way. Cheers

    My shopping experience today was disappointing to say the least. I use this shop every two weeks to take my disabled mother shopping and for some lunch away from her assisted living setting. Today I couldn't find any adapted trolleys to place on the front of my mother's wheelchair so I called to customer services. I was told they didn't have any in store and there was was some on order. No alternative or solution was offered or . So as you can see from the photos we struggled, my mother had a heavy bag on her knee and I balanced the others bags on the handles of the wheelchair. Not an ideal situation to be confronted with for a relaxed shopping experience. After loading my mother's shopping back onto the handles of the chair, I then pushed her to a seat in the cafe, unloaded the shopping again so she could stand and transfer to a seat, then with strict instructions not to move until I returned, I transferred the shopping to the car. This was extremely concerning for me as my mother is a dementia sufferer and I didn't want her to move or wander. But by then the shopping had been loaded on and off the wheel chair numerous times! Tescos Baguley, shame on you , disabled friendly YOU ARE NOT!!

    Rudest customer services in entire UK. Even Store Manager Nicky and duty manager Sharon defending their racist and rude staff when I complaint to CEO office instead sorting their affairs off. Total discriminating staff that barred me from shopping for pointing rudeness in their employees just because manager does not accept their employees mistakes to save their performances. Instead intimidated me and harassed me by security where I did no wrong and later when complaint to CEO office, accused me of intimidating and this is what I received in as response, “Nicky, our store manager, doesn't feel that they are able to meet your expectations and feel it's better for you to look elsewhere for your shopping needs. ” Does it not feel like Customer services of the year... A PLC company manager is pushing away regular customer and CEO rolled his eyes from situation. No wonder why did Tesco Executives did £250m accounting scandal to overstate their profits where you are not worthy. If top management is so corrupt, how a local branch manager would accept mistakes..
