   So ordered from The Circle Kebab House's website and used their address checker to see if I could order from them, I got Delivery Available message. Their system Accepted my order, charged my card so I thought nothing more. Ordered it at 20:05 and arrived 20:42. Now I can get that it could take this long due to road works but what I can't accept is how rude this guy was. As hard as it was to understand him, even after replaying the video over and over, he basically was telling me, NOT TO ORDER from HIS store again as it is too far between Carshalton and Mitcham even though they are right next to each other. For this time only he delivered to my address. There is no mention on their website of any maximum distance, only that if their system accepts the address or not and I tested this by using my work address which is in Wimbledon and their system refused to deliver to that address, yet my home address was accepted. If you’re unwilling to deliver to customers in Mitcham, then make it so your website doesn't accept the order. This is the first time I've ever had a passive aggressive delivery driver speak to me like this. However, shocking the customer service was, and how slightly warm the food was. At the very least after putting the food in the microwave, the food was very tasty, decent amount and would use this company again only if and when they make it clear about whether they deliver to Mitcham and if they do, tell their rude drivers to talk to their customers better. I fully understand if I order food which is a bit far it might come not perfect as when it was first prepared. That burden is on the customer as I ordered knowing that fact due to distance it might come cold but I believed it would still be great which it was. As I said, nothing wrong with your food. I haven taken down the video as I feel you have taken the proper steps and of course i don't want your shops reputation to be scared due to a misunderstanding.

   Got quarter pounder with cheese and salad meal. Asked for chilli sauce and garlic mayo on chips, very nice portion and delicious.

   Beware when paying with card as you don’t know the amount inserted into the card reader. Ask them how much it is before paying. £12 for a large kebab. ehh not so worth it really. there are better options elsewhere in the area.
