   This Lidl is one of the better ones in the area. It’s always clean and well stocked. Plenty of space to get around and the colleagues are friendly. I don’t think I’ve had a time when they’ve not let onto you to ask how you’re doing when going through the checkouts.

   It's just a Lidl, good parking outside with 2 entrances and exits to get in and out. Range of food enough for a proper shop. I don't really shop in here much as I like my brand names, but sometimes it's handy, very similar to Aldi. Always nice and quiet for a peaceful shop though and I like the touch of the kids shopping trolleys.

   Clean, great products, good value for money, lovely Bakery and polite, helpful staff. I knocked a star off because I shop with my elderly disabled mum on a Saturday morning and a lot of the products have empty shelves, it might be better during the week, but I cannot take her then, so it can be disappointing when items you buy are out of stock.

   Can't fault this place. If you live in Glossop you can't go wrong. Always well stocked. Staff have a great sense of humour. Great value for money. Feel daft reviewing it. We go hiking near Glossop, and never go to Glossop without going here.

   I really wanted to say zero rating but it won’t let me. All internet pages list store opens at 10 am on a Sunday. but you can browse from 9.30 is on the store door (not advertised online) missed out. Fuming isn’t the word, went for heated air dryer, store only got 4 in, and it allowed 1 customer to take 2. Got drenched for no reason and no dryer to dry coat. Won’t ever shop here again. To be fair manager is a good guy can’t blame him, Lidl now on my s**t list.

   Lidl, you're getting there but store tidiness is an issue. Empty shelves or lack of fresh products is another. There seems to be no consistency. I know that supply chain is unpredictable so I feel for you, but this has an impact on my shopping decision. I still love the variety of international products.
