Thanks for being open on Boxing Day! Staff working really hard as it was super busy! Ruby deserves a raise for how fast she was making drinks. Appreciate it!!
I spend over £100 a week, and was rewarded with 3 car parking fines. My partner who is a disabled war veteran who always uses the drive thru, had to go in due to his order never been made correctly. So we decided to watch them make it. I will never be using starbucks again. And will most certainly be contesting the fines.
I was a paying customer here and got fined £100 for being just over 2 hours in the shop (car park). Shop phone number does not work. Sent bank statements to Starbucks and no response. No mention from staff in store about the possibility of overstaying parking or whether a number plate needed registering. Safe to say I will be boycotting Starbucks.
Just off the A17 called in on the way back to York on my motorcycle Pleasant staff, clean place and toilets. I found the place quite quiet. Plenty of parking, this is a good stop if your traveling from Suffolk Coffee tastes great and hot.
Have visited this branch before in Boston. Good and efficient ordering process with friendly staff and consistent drinks orders. Nice modern aesthetic with plenty of comfortable seating available, to drink alone or with friends. Will be back in future to try again.
Drink ok but took a long time to make and they weren't exactly busy. But, the shared toilet was discusting. 1.30 pm and it was dirty and smelly. Not at all what I expected
Staff amazing and friendly but stock control non existent. Often out of items. Was in the other day and they had no almond milk, no sugar free syrups, no large cups!!!!! Often the case. Manager was busy tidying the shelves. Stop that, go and count your stock and put some ticks on your order form!!
Nice little Starbucks tucked away at Newark roundabout on the A46. Not too busy so service was fast but friendly and although some stores can be hit or miss, they made a superb pumpkin spice latte with plenty of syrup, cream and spice so happy to go back more often now.
Me and my girlfriend went through the drive thru on Friday afternoon, and can say that the customer service was amazing (didn’t catch the girls name sorry!) quickly sorted our order and she was so nice! Would appreciate it this feedback was shared to the workers working on this Friday afternoon just gone :)
