The police are usually here,either the place is being robbed blind or some other kerfuffle taking place. Feel sorry for the staff having to deal with the frequent disturbances here, as a result, I’ve not shopped here for a couple of years. I know there’s a security guard here most days. Used to be a good reliable store, not with the risk now. Theres always unsavoury characters hanging around outside.

Store is looking so much better recently, new manager in there who is very friendly and often stocking the shelves. The colleagues on the tills in the morning and evenings are very welcoming. Would really go back to shop there now

Co-op on Hall Street has been our local convenient store for over 20 years We visit this store almost daily and some times more times for any provisions. That a good range of foods in chillers, frozen or tins and a good range of breads, eggs, dairy products. We always find what we need from a lovely helpful staff. No complaints at all.

You take the good with the bad I guess. I pay my bills here and pick up bread and milk. Things cost a tad more but if it saves you walking to the supermarket... 50/50 on the staff. Some are great. Some not so helpful. Had a few issues in the past, but on the whole it's an ok shop.
