   I bough a car with them less then 17 months ago. It's a peugeot 2008 year 2018. After 6 months of usage I've started having some incidents of failure and faults that I needed to repair. Starting with the timing belt issue. The car has completely died. I bough the car at 65,020 miles. After the car broke down I took it to Peugeot and they said they could only fix for free with the milage no latter than 65k so they already sold me a car with deteriorated timing belt. I had to pay £1200 to get it fixed. Not long after this issue there was oil and water leaking from the coolant radiator. Few weeks later I had to top-up engine oil everytime which was weird. I took it to the mechanic and the Turbo needed replacing. That's another 1 grand. I also paid for the warranty when I purchased the car because they said it was mandatory to register for this Momentum warranty and I paid an extra year so a total of 2 years, almost £400 extra only to be told by them that none o the issues the car currently had were fixed by my plan. I am very dissapointed with this car. I didn't want to think they sold me a faulty car. But the timing really makes me think otherwise. Most of Peugeout, Renault and Citroen need a timing belt change after 65k milage. But I was never aware of this until the car broke in my hands. So, I already paid £2200 in repairs for a car who lasted 15 months only and it's not like we're talking about a very old car, it's a 2018 year car. I called them and they said it was too late and that I had to take ownership of the car. It's easy for them to say that when they're selling a faulty car with issues that cost too much to get repaired. £2200 in 15 months of usage and they think this is okay? Hell of way to run a business !!$$

I am certainly going to let all my family and friends know that there are still car dealers in this world that will go all out to ensure that you get the best deal possible. I'm still all smiling at the reception and service my husband and I got from Mick. He went the extra mile to accommodate us and ensured we got connected to the right finance. All done in record time! No waiting! Our vehicle is in great shape. The AA Inspection Report was such a wonderful bonus and left is in no doubt that we had got the right car from the right people.    Wouldn’t bother, Just over 5 months (7,000 miles) and need new timing chain. Booked into garage to repair at my own cost who find further damage. Completely unhelpful, extremely rude and condescending. The AA car check isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

   Just returned home with an i10 from here. Brilliant experience from start to end. We wanted a no nonsense car experience as we aren’t fussy and just want something to get us from A to B. First saw a car online before visiting here. Mick was very accommodating, explaining how the car had been independently checked by AA. He also showed us a few others but was never pushy, similarly with extended warranty he showed us but never pushed. Really appreciated to simple, well explained, and respectable approach to their sales. Thoroughly recommend these guys

   I have been recommended by one of the friend to buy used car from them. He said that the cars are throughly inspected by the AA, so are very reliable. Booked and appointment and was received by Scott. He showed us the vehicle and gave us detailed insight about the car we want to buy. He also gave us other options and gave us good comparison about different options available. Once we decided what car we want to buy, he introduced the financing options available and had helped us in securing a quick finance on the car. Mind it it was Sunday morning, yet he managed everything very professionally.    Never bought a car online before and from start to finish it was a reassuring purchase. Mick was great at explaining everything and sent me details that I required with no pressure. He encouraged me to view all the photos and especially the online video demo. Paul delivered the car to my workplace, gave me instructions on various points such as the push button handbrake etc and gave me positive feedback about the drive up to me at Newcastle upon Tyne. He was very friendly and approachable. A totally contact free delivery and handover. Covid secure. The car is a smooth drive and exactly as Mick and Paul described. I had total confidence in everything Mick told me and pleased that the car is AA inspected, which is very thorough. I’d totally recommend SCS to anyone and I’ll definitely be coming back for my next car. Thanks so much.

   Bought a car from here a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier with it. Absolutely great condition and runs amazing. Thanks to Paul I think it was who took us on the the test drive, really helpful as we're Scott and Mike through the sale process. One thing to mention also was how relaxed it all was, no pushy sales tactics at all, they have a decent extended warranty but absolutely no pressure to buy. Overall a really good car and a really good buying experience. Thanks guys
