Loved this bubble tea shop! The drinks were fresh, perfectly balanced, and full of flavour. Staff were friendly and the service was quick. Definitely coming back to try more flavours!
I went and ordered a passion fruit tea with mango bubbles. I saved this until I was on my drive home from shopping and when I opened it realised that I had just been served plain water. I understand mistakes happen so I emailed with pictures and order numbers ect and not even a reimbursement or free drink was acknowledge just a thankyou for feedback
Aiden is very professional, nice, and engaging. It was excellent customer service. I will be coming for more mango bubble tea soon.
