Amazing customer service by Josh the manager. He is always very welcoming and loves to have a chat. Josh always greets with a bright smile and I appreciate his effort. I am a regular and Josh is aware of how I like my drink. Thank you for the best service Josh
Fantastic visit as always. The team member and I assume store manager were both on the kiosk. Both extremely polite and told me about the many different drinks available. In the end I asked for a drink with flavours I know I like - ended up being made one of the milky teas which I’ve never tried before. It was perfect. Served with a smile the whole time. Fantastic team work, will be back again! Thanks guys. Hopefully head office see this and will pass on comments.
The boba was delicious! But not many options to choose from, didn’t have to wait very long would recommend the price wasn’t bad if you get a small one just don’t get a large its over priced.
The bubble is nice but the bubbles are very sweet. The bubbles are better on there own. I got bubble tea fruit white peach and strawberry bubbles it was nice but the bubbles are very sweet with it they better off without. Then I got bubbles tea fruit apple with blue Berry bubbles it was very nice but bubbles too sweet. I rate 9/10
