   The bad reviews are outdated, there is no stinky staff anymore and the place doesn’t smell bad either. The staff are extremely friendly and always ask for your clubcard. Yes, its expensive but its a convenience store so what do you expect. The staff are always willing to help if you have a problem. If you forget to scan your clubcard they can give you a refund, many people don’t know this and feel “scammed” afterwards. Remember it’s also your responsibility to show/scan your clubcard!

   This Tesco is ok based on the range of produce and friendly staff. However the layout and general appearance of the store is very poor! It is hard to find the products you require and feels cramped. I will continue to shop here for convenience but not for pleasure.

   'Homeless' people basically encouraged to sit outside. Except all they do is call you names as you walk in. Tesco itself usually has some sort of malfunction or smells like rotting food. Witnessed staff wolf whistling women. Just absolutely tragic this place. Avoid and walk to co-op.

   Not friendly staff in morning making my mood off i have already buy 4-5 time energy drink with meal deal but now the one boy staff is very rud don't give value of costumer sayed now they need the card wich is physically lol they said i can not show them to my license image or some things like that never gona buy from this noob tesco express which is located at west didsbury.

   The staff in this Tesco mainly on the later shifts are not great. Not helpful. Not friendly. Not intelligent. Seem to make up their own retailing rules and I will be looking into this further as I do believe the customer service was more than very poor.

   Standards which are too low for an area like Didsbury. 1)Automatic doors are not working for at least half a year. Nobody cares? Nobody wants to fix? Company which makes millions cannot fix doors...Amazing. 2) Some staff members have hygiene problems. Not cool when shop assistants reek of sweat and cigarettes. 3) Floors are dirty. Something always smells bad. Always homeless people outside begging.
