   Popped in for a few essentials but left very underwhelmed with the service that i received. One customer was having a large weekly shop scanned, and another was already being served. Unfortunately, the self-checkout was card-only, and I only had cash. When it was finally our turn, the red-haired staff member who had just served the lady ahead simply walked off to chat with a colleague down an aisle, despite clearly seeing us waiting. This left us standing there with no one available to serve, while the other customer’s shop was still being processed. The attitude came across as rude and dismissive, and it was clear that gossiping with a coworker was more of a priority than helping customers. I ended up leaving my items behind and shopping elsewhere. Very poor service — I won't be returning.

   I don't care very much for the co-op but the members of staff here are the best bunch. I always go in the shop as its my local and i am greeted and looked after. Multiple times I've been in here and the staff have gone above and beyond for me! Tonight a lady behind the counter fetched me something and brought it to the door as I didn't want to leave my dog outside barking as it was getting late. Just one of the many things that these people do to make spending money here more pleasant.

   Usually good, but beware of correct pricing. Members prices don't always go through. I bought 2 bars of chocolate and milk all advertised cheaper for Members. I checked my receipt (always get one) and went back for a refund. This happened with a member of staff and not self service but went unnoticed.

   I like to think most people know what manners are or even a friendly “hello” wouldn’t hurt! , this is not the case, please and thank you’s do not exist with several members of staff here, Staff are far from friendly. Older Lady working behind the till had gloves on, decided to cough and blow her nose into tissue while slapping reciept onto my cans I’d just bought...disgusting for customer experience
