   I have reported this store today to National Lottery, they have sold me many scratch cards but if you win and take them back to claim your winnings they say they have no cash so cannot pay you out, not even £5, this has been the case with several people I know. They definitely would take cash during their long opening hours, they need to loose their license to sell any form of lottery tickets, and I will be following this up.

   Cash machine never works, I don't think they fill milk chiller until all milk from previous day has been sold, limited parking, disabled access, some good bargains on food and cakes, reasonably prices.

   The owners running the store is really friendly in my experiences. I'm grateful to have this store because I am able to save on my postage. I read some of the reviews and they said that the owners had a picture of their drivers license on their phones. I don't think this is true anymore as when I collected my parcel (twice) they just had a look at your ID

   Rude owners, the man cannot hear a single thing and when I ask for a scratchcard, he ALWAYS gets it wrong! The lady is a miserable old bag aswell! They argue over the counter at each other and he always watches the CCTV when he sees someone young? very bizarre people. They need to be sacked

   Bought a few bits from here earlier this week as it was easier than going to a supermarket after work. Got home to find I had spent way over the odds as the products purchased (veggies) were actually ‘Oakland’ - Lidl’s produce… surely that’s not legal? Also was overcharged on rice which was advertised at the shop front for a £! When given the receipt, I actually got my debit card receipt…. How convenient. Also keep an eye out for multipack packs being sold as singLe items … very bad. Shan’t be going in again.

   Worst store and service I have ever been too. Refusing Hermes collection parcels, starting arguments and shouting at customers. Female member of staff on till needs a lot of customer service training before I would even consider saying she’s ready to be customer facing.

   Absolutely poor service. The male shop owner does not know how to talk to customers. He can be very rude, arrogant, unhelpful and bitter. The female shop owner, sometimes has no clue what you are talking about. I have been here on a number of occasions, to shop as well as to send parcels, through hermes. They seem to hate having to take parcels for hermes, their printer does not always work, they are always unhelpful when I try to ask them anything and they have a very poor customer service attitude to people sending things through hermer. I have seen them throw my parcel on the floor in front of me, as-well-as I have been told by them that they don't get paid to have the hermes service in shop! (i really don't believe this!). If you don't know how to run the hermes service, or you don't wish to, then GET RID OF THE SERVICE FROM YOUR SHOP! instead of being extremely rude to customers that want to use the service. I will NEVER go here again, and would advice anyone not to go here to send items through hermes or to shop!

   I am an ex customer service manager, and know great service when i see it. So warm and friendly. I order my liquorice from here a box at a time. I order one day and it's ready to collect next day. So polite the people who run the shop. Amazing service. Well done and thank you
