   I think it's pretty disappointing not only is this branch a concession that doesn't allow you to use the Starbucks app. They also have a more expensive price per drink than a standard branch. Not only do they not give star points they charge you more. Double whammy of disappointment really. Shame as it's nice coffee but when a business thinks so little of it's customers kinda puts you off going!

   Called in at 5pm as online said they were open later into the evening. Stood and waited for a while only to be told by a passing staff member from Cineworld the Barista was on a break and wouldn't be back for 45min! So much for open til late. Also a sign up would have been helpful, who knows how long I would have wasted if the Cineworld colleague hadn't happened to be going out.

   This is more of an advice than a review. If a customer is specifically asking for something, do it as they have asked. Everyone has a different taste. I specifically said a ‘single’ pump of white mocha in my matcha latte (paid for). After leaving and taking a sip it felt like I was just drinking sugar.

   Called here today first thing was they don’t accept the app which is fair enough but the big thing that let this Starbucks down is the customer service at 12 o clock there was only 1 person serving and a que of 10 then I received one drink and stood there until the girl realised I was waiting for another drink then bellowed to the girl in the kitchen “what was this drink” absolutely diabolical customer service and as a Starbucks gold member I will certainly not be calling here again the way that they speak to customers is terrible some additional Starbucks customer service training required I think. I will also copy this review to Starbucks HO and Brian Niccol 1/10 !!! Also very expensive £14 for 2 drinks (the pic shows no one serving behind the counter and a que of approx 10 people) AVOID !!

   This establishment is actually inside Cineworld and shares the same space. Starbucks is placed on the ground floor with easy access for disabled and elderly people. I do like the coffee, but I personally think they are overpriced, and in this current climate, we find our selves in that they should show love and give back by lowering the price or at least a discount. All in all, friendly staff is very clean and tidy. I recommend this establishment for a good coffee ☕️
